Do you want to keep a healthy Database with no effort? We present you the feature that lets you automatically remove from your Lists the Email addresses that haven’t had any openings over the last year. Meet Unopened Emails Smart Manager!

It’s been a while since Doppler lets you manage the amount of Unopened Emails. This way, you can set the amount of Unopened Campaings sent before a Subscriber is removed.

You have now a new option to keep your Lists automatically updated and optimized.

That is, through a work of intelligence, Doppler defines if the Email addresses of your Database will generate openings in the future or not, and according to this analysis, they are removed or not from your Lists.

So, if you activate this option, you will never have in your Lists, Emails which are not able to generate openings.

How to take advantage of this feature

This option is disabled by default, so if you want to use it, you must previously activate it.

To do this, go to the Control Panel button (located on the right side of the navigation bar).

Panel Control

Once there, go to Preferences Campaigns and click the option Not Opened Preferences.

Not Opened Emails
