Subscriber-Based Monthly Plan
Here’s all you need to know about how the Subscriber-based Monthly Plan works.
How does unlimited sending work?
You can send as many campaigns as you wish as long as you don’t exceed the number of subscribers allowed in your lists according to your plan.
What happens if I exceed the Subscribers limit?
If while importing a list you exceed the recipients number allowed on your Plan, Doppler will notify you and give you an upgrade option to a plan with a higher subscribers quota.
Even if you’ve exceeded the limit of our highest plan (50.000 subscribers), you can always acquire one of our High-Volume Plans.
When is a subscriber posted to my Doppler account?
When they are Active Subscribers Associated with Lists: They are those you’ve uploaded to Doppler and are related to one of your lists.
When they are Active Subscribers not Associated with Lists: They are the ones you’ve uploaded to Doppler but are not related to any list, either because you’ve completely deleted the list or because you’ve manually removed the subscriber from all of your lists using the Master Subscribers List.
Unopened: They are those who’ve been removed from a list by Doppler due to not-opened emails accumulation. But don’t worry, they can be restored at any time.
When does a subscriber stop being posted to my Doppler account?
When they are Removed: Sometimes, subscribers can opt-out from your lists (or you can remove them yourself). Anyway, when this happens, they will automatically stop counting to your total subscribers plan.
When they are Removed, but due to Hard and Soft Bounces: In Control Panel you can specify the bounces limit before we stop sending your Campaigns to these recipients. Once we stop emailing them, they won’t count to your Plan either.
Choose the best plan for you and have a great Campaign!
