With your Doppler account and your access to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fromdoppler.com\/en\/precios\/#plan-conver\">Marketing Plan<\/a>, you can send and receive Instagram messages, as well as capture Contacts.<\/p>\n<p>#DopplerTip: Only professional Instagram accounts can connect to Conversations. Personal Instagram accounts cannot connect to Conversations or any other third-party tool.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a personal account, you can convert it to a business account by following <a href=\"https:\/\/es-la.facebook.com\/business\/help\/347556992775908?id=419087378825961&amp;locale=es_LA\">this Meta article.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s look at some considerations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a user doesn&#8217;t follow your Instagram page, their messages could go to the \u201crequests inbox.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Messages in the \u201crequests inbox\u201d will not appear in Conversations.<\/li>\n<li>In order for messages from the \u201crequests inbox\u201d to be displayed in Conversations, you must move them to another inbox (IG message<\/li>\n<li>inboxes: Main, General, Requests).
