This saves you time, maintains a consistent style and ensures your messages comply with WhatsApp&#8217;s policies.<\/p>\n<p>Everything is ready for you to start connecting with customers quickly and securely!<\/p>\n<p><b>Create a new WhatsApp template<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. Log in to your Doppler account and go to <b><i>Conversations<\/i><\/b>. Create from predefined WhatsApp templates<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Access this option from<strong> +New Template &gt; Create from Predefined<\/strong> to create a new template from a gallery of ready-to-use messages, created and pre-approved by Meta.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot-2025-09-29-162117.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"306\" height=\"134\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Finding the template you need is quick and easy. Filters help you access the right message, and you can combine them to get more accurate results:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Search bar:<\/b> type in keywords such as \u201cpayment,\u201d \u201cdelivery,\u201d or \u201cappointment\u201d and you&#8217;ll see all the templates that match.<\/li>\n<li><b>Language:<\/b> filter templates according to the language you need<\/li>\n<li><b>Category:<\/b> this is the main filter and organizes templates into:<\/li>\n<li><b>Utilities:<\/b> notifications about accounts or transactions, such as purchase confirmations or reminders.<\/li>\n<li><b>Authentication<\/b>: sending single-use security codes.<\/li>\n<li><b>Industry:<\/b> adjust your search according to your industry or business.<\/li>\n<li><b>Groups:<\/b> expand the section and select the checkbox for the type of message you are looking for to find it faster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot-2025-09-29-162159.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"695\" height=\"408\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>3. Configure your template.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The template gallery enables you to create templates in just a few simple steps. To do this, select a template from the gallery and click <strong>&#8216;Edit&#8217;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot-2025-10-15-154348.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"215\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The configuration window will then open, where you can perform the following actions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Assign a name<\/b>: clearly identify your template so you can find it easily.<\/li>\n<li><b>Edit buttons:<\/b> modify the button values according to your communication needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-08-123109.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"644\" height=\"363\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Authorize:<\/b> once the template is ready, authorize it to be added to the list of active templates, ready to be used in your messages.<\/li>\n<li><b>Customize template:<\/b> if you want to adjust the body of the message, this option redirects you to the template editor, where you can make changes and then authorize its creation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Approval status of your templates<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Once you have completed the preliminary process, click the<b> &#8216;Authorize&#8217; <\/b>button to create the template. You will then need to wait a few seconds, as Meta may not respond immediately. If your template was created correctly, you will see the following message:<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-08-123240.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"517\" height=\"384\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But what does this mean? The message informs you that the template you created is pending approval by Meta and is not available for use.<\/p>\n<p>The review time depends entirely on Meta; it usually takes between 24 and 48 hours, although it can sometimes take longer or be immediate (5 to 10 minutes).<\/p>\n<p><b>These are the statuses you can see in your templates:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>It is pending approval:<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-08-123357.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"47\" height=\"53\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It is approved and ready for use.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-08-123425.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"49\" height=\"55\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It was rejected and cannot be used.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-08-123519.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"49\" height=\"51\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you have completed the process, you will automatically return to the screen displaying the list of templates. Here, you can update their status according to Meta&#8217;s response.
