Control who talks to your audience. Create, edit, and organize the Operators who respond in your Conversations Rooms<\/b>, and assign them exactly the Rooms they need.<\/p>\n

How to get to Operator management<\/h2>\n

1.<\/strong> Log in to your Doppler account.
\n2.<\/strong> Go to Conversations<\/i><\/b>.
\n3.<\/strong> In the left menu, expand Settings<\/i><\/b>.
\n4.<\/strong> Click Operators<\/i><\/b>.
\nFrom here, you manage all your Operators.<\/p>\n

Operator role<\/h2>\n

An Operator starts and maintains conversations with your audience, and has access to their own stats.
\nTo handle conversations, the Operator logs in with their email and password at https:\/\/conversations.prod.fromdoppler.com\/<\/a>.
\nHere’s how the menu looks for an Operator:

Create a new Operator<\/h2>\n

1.<\/strong> Click + New Operator<\/i><\/b> and fill in their details.
\n2.<\/strong> In Assign Room<\/i><\/b>, choose which Rooms the Operator can handle.
\n3.<\/strong> Click Save<\/i><\/b>.
\nThe Operator gets a welcome email with their login details for the support panel.

Edit an Operator<\/h2>\n

1.<\/strong> Click any Operator on the list. A window opens where you edit their details and assign existing Rooms.
\n2.<\/strong> Edit their details or change their Room assignment.
\n3.<\/strong> Click Save<\/i><\/b>.
\nDone \u2014 the details are updated and the Operator can now start conversations in the selected Rooms.

Disable an Operator<\/h2>\n

1.<\/strong> Find the Operator you want to disable.
\n2.<\/strong> Click the three dots and choose Disable Operator<\/i><\/b>.
\nDone \u2014 the ❌ icon means they no longer have access to the support panel.

Activate an Operator<\/h2>\n

1.<\/strong> Find the Operator you want to activate.
\n2.<\/strong> Click the three dots and choose Activate Operator<\/i><\/b>.
