This allows you to see a list of created users and a button to create a new one.<\/li>\n<li>Newly created users will only have the ATC role to be able to respond in the assigned rooms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>ATC\/Operator<\/h3>\n<p>Can start and maintain conversations with clients, as well as access statistics.<\/p>\n<p>This is how the ATC\/operator user sees the menu.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-10862\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_9-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"166\" height=\"322\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_9-4.png 258w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_9-4-155x300.png 155w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 166px) 100vw, 166px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New User<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following image shows the data needed to create a new user and also to assign rooms to which they will have access.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-10863\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_10-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"535\" height=\"246\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_10-3.png 613w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_10-3-300x138.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 535px) 100vw, 535px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Edit User<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Clicking on a user in the list will open a pop-up window that allows you to edit the user&#8217;s details as well as assign existing rooms to them.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10864\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_11-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"605\" height=\"263\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_11-4.png 605w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_11-4-300x130.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Assign Room<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the Assign Room section, the admin user can select the rooms that will be assigned to the atc user.
