WhatsApp Automations allows you to avoid the manual work and missed opportunities that come with automating the sending of your WhatsApp marketing messages to target and reach those contacts who prefer WhatsApp communications.<\/p>\n

In this article you will learn how to add it within an Automation.<\/p>\n

Create a WhatsApp template. It will be displayed like the following image:<\/p>\n

#DopplerTip:<\/em> Meta must approve your WhatsApp templates before they can be used in automations. Most of the time, it will only take a few minutes for WhatsApp’s AI to approve the message. However, in some cases, WhatsApp will have to manually review the message before approving or rejecting it. This manual review can take up to 24 hours and you will then see your template within this section in your account.<\/p>\n

2: Create an Automation<\/p>\n

Once Meta creates and approves your WhatsApp message, you can use it in your automation. Log in to your account in Doppler and in the main menu select Automations and click on Create an Automation.<\/p>\n

3. Create an automation similar to the preconfigured welcome message, but with the specific action of Sending a WhatsApp message.<\/p>\n

4. Enter a relevant name and description for your automation, in order to easily recognize it in the list.<\/p>\n

5. Choose whether you want to allow your contacts to enter the automation more than once.<\/p>\n

6. Click on Create automation.<\/p>\n
