If you’re looking how to customize the page that confirms the removal <\/strong>of a contact from your List of Subscribers and the message that appears in your piece, do not miss this article!<\/p>\n

First, you must log in to your Doppler account<\/a> and go to the Control Panel<\/strong>. Then scroll down and find the “Campaign Settings”<\/strong> section. Once there, click on the “Link Removal”<\/strong> option:

\nRemember, regarding the privacy policy<\/a>, Link Removal can not be disabled<\/strong>, and it will appear in the Email piece, but you can customize your message<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To customize the default phrase “Want to stop receiving these Emails? Click [[[here]]]”<\/em>, you should delete the content and add your message. You can write, for example, “If you do not wish to follow us, click on this [[[link]]]”<\/em>. Just remember that the word that contains the clickable action must be contained between three brackets<\/strong> to be associated with the removal link.

\nFinally, you must associate the page your Subscriber will be redirected <\/strong>to finish the removal process.<\/p>\n

Once associated, click the Save<\/strong> button at the bottom of the page on the right margin. You will have already set up your new message and your new page.<\/p>\n
