What is a Blocked List when importing Contacts?<\/h2>\n

To prevent your domain from ending up on a blacklist, we’ll help you ensure your reputation and open rate aren’t affected. The Blocked List notification will help you send campaigns much more efficiently. To find out which contacts are blocking your list<\/strong>, check out the following article.<\/a><\/p>\n

There are different ways to import contacts into Doppler, either manually via the API, synchronizing with an integration tool, entering contacts via a form, or using automation. From there, it will determine whether the percentage of emails is suspicious or not, and if not, whether the list is blocked or not. You’ll see this reflected in the following:<\/p>\n

Once you have a Blocked List in your grid, you will no longer be able to send any kind of mail. You will also not be able to create a form based on this list, manually add more contacts, or perform bulk imports. For clarification, you will be able to import contacts to other non-blocked lists.<\/p>\n

#DopplerTip:<\/strong> Keep in mind that if your List is connected and fed via an Integration, Form, or API, you won’t see the revert button on the screen. In the first case (with a List coming from an Integration), we recommend disconnecting and reconnecting it.<\/a> If it’s via a Form or API<\/strong>, you must download the List, delete the one that appears blocked (in the case of a Form, unlink it first to be able to delete it), debug from the file, and reimport.
