With the Doppler Conversations WhatsApp Marketing channel<\/strong>, there are fees associated with messages that will be billed by Meta. In this article, you’ll learn how to set up a new payment method in Meta Business Suites and pay for message usage with a credit card. Learn how to do it 🙂<\/p>\n

Step-by-step setup:<\/h3>\n

1. Log in to Facebook<\/a> and access Meta Business Suite. Go to Business Settings<\/a> and select the business you’ll be setting up.<\/p>\n

2. Next, select WhatsApp Accounts from the vertical menu on the left side of the screen. From the drop-down menu, select Accounts and WhatsApp Accounts.<\/p>\n

3. You’ll now see the options to configure your payment method. In the main tabs, select Settings. There, you’ll see the Payment Settings and WhatsApp Manager options. Click on Payment Settings.
\nA new screen will open with your WhatsApp Business account information.

4. Select Payment Methods and then WhatsApp Business Accounts. You’ll see the selected WhatsApp account on the right side of the screen. The next step is to select Add Payment Method, as shown in the image.

5. A pop-up window will open with your payment information. Click Next.

\n6. In the pop-up window that appears, enter your credit or debit card information. Don’t forget to click Save.

If you’ve already added a credit card to your business portfolio, you can add that same card to your WhatsApp Business account and use it as the primary payment method for using WhatsApp.<\/p>\n
