This may happen because the List has been eliminated or because you\u2019ve chosen to unassociate it from all your Lists using the Master Subscribers List.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Removed by Never-Opened: <\/strong>This subscribers have been removed by <a title=\"Doppler\" href=\"http:\/\/sales.fromdoppler.com\/help\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Doppler<\/a> due to unopened Email accumulation. If you\u2019d like to, you can manually reactivate them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Removed: <\/strong>Meet the Subscribers who have solicited to opt-out from your lists. These ones will not count for your Plan and you will be able to replace them with new ones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Removed by Client: <\/strong>When you manually remove your Subscribers, they enter this category and will automatically stop counting for your plan billing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Removed by Hard-Bounced:<\/strong> Hard Bounces are permanent and they occur when the server or the email address aren\u2019t real. That\u2019s the reason why, although you keep trying to send an email, the result will always be the same: Doppler won\u2019t try to resend this kind of bounces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Removed by Soft-Bounced: <\/strong>Soft Bounces happen when the email couldn\u2019t get to Inbox because of any non permanent problem.
