Performing a proper maintenance and cleaning your Database<\/strong> is essential to increase the effectiveness of your Email Marketing strategy. With this functionality, your work will be more than simple!<\/p>\n

From now on, Doppler<\/a> allows you to import a file including the Subscribers that you need to remove<\/strong> so that you can do it in one go. Easy, isn’t it?<\/p>\n

First of all, log in to your Doppler\u2019s account<\/a>. Don\u2019t have one yet? You can create it for free here<\/a>. Then you should go to the Lists<\/strong> section and click on Subscribers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There you\u2019ll access the Master Subscribers<\/strong> where you\u2019ll see all the contacts in your account.<\/p>\n

\"Master<\/a><\/p>\n

Press the Remove<\/strong> button. A box will pop up, and there you\u2019ll have to import your file including all the contacts you want to remove. The file must be the same format as the rest of the files that you normally use to import\u00a0your Subscribers<\/a> into Lists.<\/p>\n

Pay attention! Because once removed, you\u2019ll have to ask them to re-subscribe<\/strong> to your Lists.<\/p>\n

Once that’s done, click Remove Subscribers<\/strong>. You\u2019ll see a box indicating that the order is being processed and that once it\u2019s finished, you\u2019ll receive an email notifying you<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s all! It was simpler than you thought, wasn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n

It should be noted that the fact that your Subscribers are removed doesn\u2019t mean that they\u2019ll be eliminated from your account, they\u2019ll be disassociated from all your Lists<\/strong>, and therefore, won\u2019t receive any of your Campaigns.<\/p>\n

Also keep in mind that this functionality isn\u2019t enabled for Plans by Subscribers<\/strong>. Amazing!<\/p>\n
