Remember that the List you select must be filled by a <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/formulario-de-suscripcion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Subscription Form<\/a> or via <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/make-the-most-of-the-new-doppler-api\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">API<\/a>. There you will have to select the List which you want to associate your Email Automation by clicking in the circle that appears in the image. In the example we have selected the List &#8220;Blog Subscribers&#8221;. If you want to modify it, just click on the &#8220;Replace Associated Lists&#8221; button. Here you can start defining the first step of your Automation Flow. To set up a basic Welcome Automation, you&#8217;ll use the \u201cWait\u201d and \u201cEmail\u201d elements. But let&#8217;s look at what each one is about, in case you&#8217;d like to make the flow more complex.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cWait\u201d refers to the amount of time after which your Campaign will be sent, which could range from minutes to several weeks. If you&#8217;d like your Welcome Email to be sent immediately after the Subscription is confirmed, you shouldn&#8217;t configure this element.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cEmail\u201d allows you to create and configure everything related to your Welcome Email. We&#8217;ll go over each element in detail later.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cCondition\u201d allows you to define whether certain parameters are met or not, in case you want your Welcome Campaign to reach only some of your Contacts.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cAction\u201d gives you the possibility to run one based on your objectives: associate that Contact with another List, modify some Subscriber information, etc. Typically, actions are set up after a Condition or after an Email is sent.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cSMS\u201d allows you to trigger a flow of text messages. It is an interesting possibility for other objectives of your Store. Here you can learn more about sending automated SMS campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let&#8217;s say you want your contacts (List that we have associated with our Sample Automation Campaign) receive a Welcome Email 2 hours after they subscribe to your Blog. To do this, type the number 2 in the field<strong> &#8220;Wait time&#8221;<\/strong> and choose the <strong>&#8220;Hours&#8221;<\/strong> option. You will see how the data is automatically updated on the canvas on the right.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5193\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/wait.png\" alt=\"Wait time\" width=\"1107\" height=\"351\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can also choose to send your Welcome Email immediately by writing the number 0 in the &#8220;Wait time&#8221; field or you can also define a certain amount of minutes, days or weeks.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5194\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/wait-time-types.png\" alt=\"Wait time option\" width=\"422\" height=\"397\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can also create an Emails series. For example, set up an Email that your new Subscribers will receive at the exact moment they subscribe to your List and another one or two days later.<\/p>\n<p>To create the Email that your contacts will receive, choose the <strong>&#8220;Email&#8221;<\/strong> option. In the left panel you will have to complete all the data of the shipment, as well as you do with the rest of the Email Campaigns.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-5196\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/email-info.png\" alt=\"Email info\" width=\"333\" height=\"465\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you\u2019ve completed that, you\u2019ll be ready to configure the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/como-integrar-campanias-de-email-marketing-con-redes-sociales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">viralization of your Campaign<\/a> and create your Email Content. You may import a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/como-importar-un-html\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HTML file<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, edit one of our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/como-editar-una-plantilla\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Templates<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or create a new Campaign <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/como-crear-una-campana-de-texto-plano\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from the Text Editor<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-11422\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Screenshot_8-1-1024x438.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"816\" height=\"349\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Screenshot_8-1-1024x438.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Screenshot_8-1-300x128.png 300w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Screenshot_8-1-768x328.png 768w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Screenshot_8-1-1536x657.png 1536w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Screenshot_8-1.png 1548w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 816px) 100vw, 816px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Template Editor option is ideal for those who have no knowledge of HTML and want to create effective Email Campaigns in minutes. If you have your own Templates, you can choose one from the &#8220;My Templates&#8221; section, otherwise, you can select one of those available in the different categories.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11408\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Screenshot_14.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"795\" height=\"419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Screenshot_14.png 795w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Screenshot_14-300x158.png 300w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Screenshot_14-768x405.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 795px) 100vw, 795px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When you click on one, two options will appear: &#8220;Select without editing&#8221; if you want to leave it as is or &#8220;Select and edit&#8221; if you want to make any changes from our Editor. If you have chosen to edit a Template, you will be taken directly to our Editor. Remember that you can change everything you want: images, text, colors and add links by simply dragging and dropping elements. Once you have your piece ready, click &#8220;Next&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>You have now configured your List Subscription Automation Flow. On the canvas you will be able to see all the steps in detail. You have already configured your Automation Flow. On the canvas you can see all the detailed steps. If you want to modify some of them, just click on it and make the changes you want on the left the panel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you want to delete any of the steps, just by placing the cursor on it you will see the <strong>&#8220;Delete&#8221;<\/strong> icon appear.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5201\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Captura-de-pantalla-2017-07-08-a-las-5.06.21-PM.png\" alt=\"Wait time\" width=\"276\" height=\"98\" \/><\/p>\n<p>All the steps that you create and configure will be saved automatically, although you also have the option <strong>&#8220;Save&#8221;<\/strong> in the upper margin of the screen.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to go back or go forward, you always have the buttons <strong>&#8220;Undo&#8221;<\/strong> and <strong>&#8220;Redo&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, you will see a rectangle that will indicate the steps that you are completing and if there is something to which you must pay attention.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5202\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/panel.png\" alt=\"Options\" width=\"537\" height=\"69\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you have finished defining all the steps of your Campaign, and after checking all the shipments that compose it, only remains to click the <strong>&#8220;Start Automation&#8221;<\/strong> button. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This way, every new Subscriber that enters your <strong>\u201c<\/strong><\/span><strong>Subscribers List<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u201d<\/strong> will receive the Email you especially design for him.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Just in case you need, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/differences-between-pausing-and-stopping-automation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pause or stop any Automation Campaign<\/a> you&#8217;ve created with Doppler.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Don\u2019t forget that with Doppler you may also use Email Automation Campaigns on special dates.
