You\u2019d reviewed every shipment detail and you were sure that you\u2019d done everything correctly. You\u2019ve clicked on “Send Campaign”<\/strong> and… you noticed something was missing! A link that doesn\u2019t work, a spelling mistake or an incorrect image are things that could happen. To err is human.<\/p>\n

What to do? Doppler allows you to stop an Email Campaign delivery in progress in order to avoid reaching the recipients.<\/strong><\/p>\n

How to stop an Email Campaign delivery<\/h2>\n

Once you\u2019d clicked on \u201cSend Campaign\u201d<\/strong> this will appear in \u201cScheduled Campaigns\u201d<\/strong>, there you\u2019ll see a \u201cStop Delivery\u201d<\/strong> button next to the Campaign name, as you can see in the image below.<\/p>\n

By clicking on \u201cStop Delivery\u201d<\/strong> you\u2019ll see a message asking you if you are sure about to stop your Campaign delivery.<\/p>\n

If you are, choose the option \u201cStop Delivery\u201d<\/strong>. The delivery will stop, although there is a little detail you have to keep in mind: some of the recipients could already receive the Campaign before you click Stop delivery. Therefore, the following message will appear:<\/p>\n

\"How<\/p>\n

The Emails that were finally sent will be posted in your account and will impact the credits \/ Emails sent.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After stopping the delivery, it will appear in the “Sent\u201d<\/strong> Campaigns section. You can look for it there and replicate it to modify it later.<\/p>\n

How to proceed after stopping an Email Campaign delivery?<\/h2>\n

Send the right version of the Campaign to the Contacts who received the first one<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Enter to the Campaign\u2019s Report<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to the Deliverability Rate section and click on \u201cSee In Detail\u201d.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Download the Open Emails and Unopened Emails Reports.<\/li>\n
  4. Create an Excel file<\/a> with the data collected in all the Reports mentioned in the step before.<\/li>\n
  5. Import the Excel file as a Subscriber List<\/a> in Doppler and send the right Campaign to this contacts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Send the right version of the Campaign to the Contacts who didn\u2019t receive the first one<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Once you\u2019ve made the changes you want in the Campaign it\u2019s time to define the recipients. You have to select both Lists: the one you used in the original shipment and the other one you\u2019ve just imported with those who received the first Campaign<\/strong> (and we see how to create it before).<\/li>\n
    2. Subtract from the shipment the List that contains the Contacts who received the original shipment<\/strong>, as you see in the image below. This will make your Campaign reach all contacts except those who have already received the right version.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
