The next step is to create <strong>Custom Fields<\/strong> in your Doppler account, to add the consent of those who answered affirmatively as a <strong>Subscriber Attribute<\/strong> to your Lists.<\/p>\n<p>Essentially you must create two Fields: one that expresses the user&#8217;s agreement with your <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>, and another that enables you to <strong>send them commercial communications.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To begin, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/app.fromdoppler.com\/login?lang=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">log in to your account<\/a><\/strong>. If you do not have one, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/app.fromdoppler.com\/signup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">create it for free now<\/a><\/strong>. The procedure is the same as any other Custom Field; if you have doubts about how to create it you can review <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/how-to-create-a-customized-field\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this article<\/a><\/strong> to learn how to put it into practice step by step<\/p>\n<p>When creating these two Custom Fields for GDPR in Doppler, you must define:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Custom Field\u2019s name:<\/strong> it could be something like [[[acceptPrivacyPolicy]]] and [[[acceptReceivePromotions]]]<\/li>\n<li><strong>Type of Data:<\/strong> Permission<\/li>\n<li><strong>Type of Custom Field:<\/strong> Public. This will allow the Subscriber to modify this information if desired. In order to achieve this, you must add the corresponding link in all your Campaigns. This can be configured from the <strong>Control Panel<\/strong> located in the upper right margin of your account, in the <strong>&#8220;Header and Footer Email&#8221;<\/strong> tab, by checking the option <strong>&#8220;Update Profile&#8221;.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img class=\"size-full wp-image-6954 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/rgpd1.png\" alt=\"step 1\" width=\"675\" height=\"673\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/rgpd1.png 675w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/rgpd1-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/rgpd1-300x300.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 675px) 100vw, 675px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>How to add these Subscriber Attributes to those who answered your Revalidation Campaign<\/h3>\n<p>Now it remains to complete the Custom Fields that you created so that this consent appears in the information of each Subscriber. To achieve this you must:<\/p>\n<p>1- Download the List of revalidated Subscribers.<br \/>\n2- Create a new Excel file, copy all the Emails of your Subscribers and add the columns AcceptPrivacyPolicy and AcceptReceivePromotions.<br \/>\n3- Select <strong>&#8220;yes&#8221;<\/strong> to both in the row corresponding to the first Revalidated Subscriber Email.<br \/>\n4- Place the mouse cursor in the lower right margin of the cells that contain &#8220;yes&#8221;, and stretch it to the last row that contains the last Email.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"size-full wp-image-6955 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/lista.png\" alt=\"step 2\" width=\"560\" height=\"176\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/lista.png 560w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/lista-300x94.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 560px) 100vw, 560px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5- Save the file with the .csv extension.<br \/>\n6- Enter the list of subscribers revalidated in Doppler, click on <strong>&#8220;Import Subscribers&#8221;<\/strong> and find your .csv file or drag it. This contains the updated information of the Fields [[[AcceptPoliticaPrivacy]]] and [[[AcceptReceivePromotions]]].<br \/>\n7- Click on <strong>&#8220;Import&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s it! Your List now contains updated information of your Subscribers, which will be very useful for your next Campaigns. To learn who to include in your future Campaigns, you can <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/how-to-create-a-segment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">set up a
