To import your Contacts into Doppler<\/a>, you\u2019ll need to use a list you\u2019ve already created. Once you\u2019re logged in, go to the Lists tab and either select the list where you want to import your contacts or create a new one by clicking the Create List button. Then, just follow these simple steps:<\/p>\n

1. Click on Import Contacts<\/strong>. You\u2019ll see a screen like this:<\/p>\n

Doppler Tip: To make sure your file is in the right format, download the base template by clicking the DOWNLOAD HERE<\/a> link or follow the steps in this article<\/a>. Is your contact list file too large? Compress it to save time \u2014 here\u2019s how<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

2. Choose the csv or .txt file you want to upload. You can either click the Browse for your file<\/strong> button or drag and drop the file into the upload area. You\u2019ll get a confirmation of the file you uploaded, and below that, you\u2019ll see options to map your fields.<\/p>\n

3. Match the file columns to the corresponding Custom Fields.<\/p>\n

If some contacts are already in your database, don\u2019t worry \u2014 they\u2019ll just be updated with the new info you\u2019ve mapped.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

4. Finally, click on Import<\/strong> to complete the upload of your List.<\/p>\n
