Among other data, you can analyze <strong>the number of openings and the bounce rate<\/strong>. This information becomes important as feedback to improve your communication and learn about your audience.<\/p>\n<p>When a Subscriber has reached <strong>a certain amount of consecutive bounces<\/strong> (both hard and soft), <a title=\"Doppler\" href=\"http:\/\/sales.fromdoppler.com\/help\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Doppler<\/a> changes its status to <a title=\"Hard Bounced\" href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/que-son-los-rebotes-soft-y-hard\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>&#8220;Removed by Hard Bounce&#8221; <\/strong><\/a>or<strong>&#8220;Removed by Soft Bounce<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>This way <strong>your Subscriber will be devinculated from the List<\/strong> and will no longer receive the information you send.<\/p>\n<p>This policy intends to avoid unnecessary sendings to users that, for different reasons, are not receiving or reading the emails that you send. However, <a title=\"Doppler\" href=\"http:\/\/sales.fromdoppler.com\/help\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Doppler<\/a> allows you to reactivate those Subscribers so that they can start <strong>receiving your Campaigns again<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If our Support Team tells you that the reactivation is possible, The steps to follow are:<\/p>\n<p>1- <strong>Go to Lists and then to Subscribers<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10718\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/subscribers.png\" alt=\"Subscribers\" width=\"640\" height=\"130\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2- Now <strong>Filter your Subscribers by Email<\/strong> as shown on the picture below:<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10719\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Filter.png\" alt=\"Filter\" width=\"640\" height=\"295\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3- <strong>Click on the Subscriber\u2019s address<\/strong>. You\u2019ll go to a page where you will be able to see all of its information:<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10727\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/editsubscriber.png\" alt=\"editsubscriber\" width=\"640\" height=\"158\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4- If your Subscriber was removed, you must click on <strong>&#8220;Reactivate Subscriber&#8221;:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10720\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/EditSubscriber.png\" alt=\"EditSubscriber\" width=\"640\" height=\"452\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then, apears a tab that lets you activate the selected Subscribers. To do this, you must <strong>send an Email requesting confirmation<\/strong> from the person.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10728\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/reactive.png\" alt=\"reactivesubscriptor\" width=\"640\" height=\"259\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Your action <strong>will be waiting for approval <\/strong>to reactivate Subscriber who consent to the re-activate your subscription.<\/p>\n<p>Remember that you have a <strong>maximum of reactivations per day<\/strong>, so if your process is performed more than fifteen (15) times you must do it another time.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10729\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/reactivationlimit.png\" alt=\"reactivationlimit\" width=\"640\" height=\"278\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5- Finally, go to <strong>Associated Lists<\/strong> and select the ones you\u2019d like to associate your Subscriber to. <strong>Save changes<\/strong> and you are done!:<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10721\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/associatedlist.png\" alt=\"associatedlist\" width=\"640\" height=\"421\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Have an Awesome Campaign!<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every time you send a new campaign from Doppler, you can immediately access to the Reports.
