It also takes into account the behavior with Emails sent by other Doppler users.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the Smart Sending, each Contact will receive your Campaigns at the time he or she usually opens his or her Emails, according to information Doppler has about that Contact. So it\u2018s more probable he or she will open your Campaign. Follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Choose the day and time you want that the sending starts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put the slider button at the number of days the sending must be completed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote><p><b>#DopplerTip: The greater the range of days selected, the more accurate the sending will be. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Choose a few days only if the content of the Campaign is related to a specific date, or if you need an immediate answer or action.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>As you can do in the Scheduled Send Out, you can also define until five Email addresses that Doppler will notify when the shipment is over.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8306\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Screenshot_1263-300x112.png\" alt=\"Configure Smart Send Out\" width=\"600\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Screenshot_1263-300x112.png 300w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Screenshot_1263-1024x384.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Screenshot_1263-768x288.png 768w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Screenshot_1263.png 1190w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can define <\/span><b>up to five Email addresses<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that Doppler will notify when the sending is over. You can also program a <\/span><b>resend <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">after the Smart Sending finishes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After you click on <\/span><b>Save<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you will return to the Summary of the Campaign. There you can see all the information about the Smart Sending you have just configured. In case you want to edit something just do it with the pencil icon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8305\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Screenshot_1264-300x140.png\" alt=\"Campaign Sending with Smart Send Out\" width=\"601\" height=\"280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Screenshot_1264-300x140.png 300w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Screenshot_1264.png 573w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 601px) 100vw, 601px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your Smart Sending Campaings will appear in the Scheduled Campaings section until the sending finishes. From there you can see how many Campaigns have been delivered and how many have not yet. You will also see the estimated finish time. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Some other considerations<\/h2>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What happens if I send a Campaign to one or more new Contacts, so Doppler doesn\u2019t have any information about the best time for each one?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doppler takes into account not only the openings of your previous Campaigns but also<\/span><b> any other interaction <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with another Campaign sent from Doppler.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This means that if a Contact is also in another List of another Doppler user, his or her opening history provides the information that Doppler uses in a Smart Sending.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With Doppler, shipments are not only Smart but also <\/span><b>Very Smart<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#x1f642; because the feature takes into account all the shipments done with the platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case there is no previous history for a Contact, Doppler will send your Campaign at <\/span><b>the day and time you have configured.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Which day and time the Campaign Reports will show about the shipment?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reports will show the day and the time it started.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Can I cancel or stop a Smart Sending?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Sure! Both options are available <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">also in this kind of shipment. If you choose to cancel it, the Campaign will go to Draft. But if you prefer to stop it, it\u2019s possible that many Contacts have received it. If you want to continue the shipment later,<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/stop-delivery-in-progress\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> review this article<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Smart Sending is currently available for A\/B Tests or Email Automation Campaigns?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No. Currently, you can find this feature just to send Classic or Social Email Marketing Campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s all!
