You&#8217;ll find the plugin in the &#8220;APP Switcher&#8221; section of the CRM.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>To install Doppler Plugin in Dynamics:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open the plugin. You\u2019ll see <\/span><b>three fields to complete at the \u201cSettings\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> section:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Enable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: choose \u201cYes\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>User name:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> it\u2019s the Email address you also use to log in at Doppler.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>API Key<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: paste the code you\u2019ve copied from your Doppler account. Don\u2019t you know how to get it? <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/where-do-i-find-my-api-key?utm_source=direct\">Read this article<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you\u2019ve completed those fields, click \u201cTest connection\u201d. You can continue if all the information is OK.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>BEFORE CONTINUE:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If you want that all users see Doppler information from Dynamics, the <\/span><b>admin must give \u201cDoppler users\u201d permissions to each of them.<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now we suggest mapping Fields and matching marketing lists with Doppler Lists.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Manage your Doppler account from Dynamics 365<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By mapping Fields, the information you have into your CRM will also be at Doppler.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Mapping Fields<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At this step, you match CRM Entities with Basic and Custom Doppler Fields. So every information update done at Dynamics will also impact Doppler.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>IMPORTANT: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Changes must be done always at Dynamics, to guarantee the correct synchronization.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some Fields are mapped by default, but you can make some changes or add new Fields.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To do this action, you have to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to the <\/span><b>\u201cSettings\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> section of your CRM.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At <\/span><b>mapping Fields<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, choose the Entity you want to map with a Doppler Field: <\/span><b>Accounts, Contacts or Leads.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Later we\u2019ll explain more about each one.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some fields will appear below, so you can map them as you want. You can also add or delete mapped fields. Don\u2019t forget to save changes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Important information about the \u201cCountry\u201d Field:<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To map it correctly, previously you have to create a <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/how-to-create-a-customized-field?utm_source=direct\">Custom Field at Doppler (text type)<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This is because currently, Dynamics cannot support [[[Country]]] Doppler Field format.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From the Mapped Fields section of the CRM, you can check which Dynamic Entity has been mapped with a Doppler Field. You can also make new mappings or delete any of them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now it\u2019s time to add members to a CRM marketing list.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Add members to a marketing list<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CRM Entities (or registers) must be into marketing lists so then they can be synchronized with Doppler Lists.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dynamics Entities or registers are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Accounts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Include information about stores and businesses that are current <\/span><b>clients <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or that were clients in the past.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contacts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Are <\/span><b>people <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of each one of these stores, businesses or organizations.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Leads<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Here you find information about <\/span><b>potentials or expected clients.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the \u201cmarketing lists\u201d section you\u2019ll see all the options. There are some marketing lists associated by default with some Entities, these are called <\/span><b>\u201cActive marketing lists\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You\u2019ll find them in the <\/span><b>\u201cMy active marketing lists\u201d <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">category if you create your own marketing lists.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The column <\/span><b>\u201cType member\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> shows which type of Entity the marketing list would be associated with. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, Contacts must only be associated with this type of marketing lists.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To add members to a marketing list you have to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the marketing list you\u2019ve chosen. Once you\u2019re inside it, choose <\/span><b>\u201cManage members\u201d.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Look for the registers you want to add from the search bar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select them and click <\/span><b>\u201cAdd\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It\u2019s done!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u2019s see how to synchronize CRM marketing lists and Doppler Lists.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Synchronize CRM marketing lists and Doppler Lists<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is very important: <\/span><b>the information won\u2019t be saved at Doppler if you skip this step.<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From the \u201cDoppler Lists\u201d section you can create as much as you want. No need to login to Doppler!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To synchronize a marketing list with a Doppler List you have to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At <\/span><b>Doppler Lists<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, click the list you want to synchronize. Once you\u2019re inside, at <\/span><b>\u201cGeneral\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> you\u2019ll see the associated marketing list. Clicking <\/span><b>(&#8212;)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> you\u2019ll see all of them, so you can select any of them.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well done! Associated Entities with those marketing lists will synchronize with Doppler Lists.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Finish the integration between Doppler and Dynamics<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now you can synchronize both platforms! Return to <\/span><b>\u201cSettings\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and click <\/span><b>\u201cSynchronize\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It starts a complete and automatic process into Dynamics, but users can work on it simultaneously. From now on, every change with a member in a marketing list will also be changed in Doppler Lists.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The plugin has been installed successfully and the apps are now integrated! Data sync is <\/span><b>unidirectional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, it means that information and its updates on your CRM will impact also Doppler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Find out which Doppler issues you are available to view from your CRM.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Campaign\u2019s previews<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At <\/span><b>\u201cDoppler Campaigns\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> you\u2019ll see details about sent Campaigns:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subject<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Campaign Name<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sending Date<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also see a <\/span><b>miniature version<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the Campaign. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you click, you&#8217;ll see the <\/span><b>main metrics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> about it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the case of <\/span><b>Email Automation Campaigns<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the available information is:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Campaign Name (click here to see Campaign Reports)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creation Date<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/en\/how-to-use-email-automation\/?utm_source=direct\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Email Automation Campaign Type<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Status: Ready, Stopped or Paused<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That was all.
