Analyzed data comes mainly from <\/span>Campaigns sent by Doppler users<\/b>, and also from the <\/span>history metrics of each account. <\/b>Those huge information volumes are analyzed in comparison with the <\/span>good Email Marketing practices<\/b>; practices and keywords associated with <\/span>Spam<\/span><\/a> and also with peculiarities of <\/span>each industry<\/b>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Most effective Subjects List<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Here you\u2019ll see Campaigns Subject with the best Open Rate of the last weeks.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Some considerations:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Up to five Subjects<\/b> will be listed.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The period of the analysis is <\/span>90 days.<\/b><\/li>\n
    • Only <\/span>Campaings sent to more than 100 Contacts<\/b> will be taken into account, in order to provide you useful and representative information.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Keywords Highlighter<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      As you\u2019re writing your Subject, you\u2019ll see that some relevant words turn colored in <\/span>red, yellow or green. <\/b>This is to draw your attention to words consider \u201cpositives\u201d and mainly, alert you about words that Doppler considers negatively, so they could affect your Open Rate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      If your Subject only has green Keywords, you are in a good way! Keywords in yellow have a doubtful efficacy: you can use them but not in abuse! If your Subject only contains red Keywords, we suggest to rewrite it until most of the words turn green. If not, your Campaign will probably have a low Open Rate \ud83d\ude41\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Effectiveness indicator<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Taking into account results achieved in the Good practices in Subject Guide and the Keyword Highlighter, Doppler will give you a <\/span>forecast of your Subject effectiveness<\/b> through a semaphore indicator.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Values will range between <\/span>five states<\/b> with their associated colors:<\/span><\/p>\n

      • In different red tones: Very low and Low.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • In yellow: Medium.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • In different green tones: High and Very high.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        And the bottom of the box, you’ll see the industry<\/strong> you have configured when you created your Doppler account. It is very important that you complete this information with the right option; otherwise, the results of the Smart Subject module could be not representative.
