Aprende aqu\u00ed a seleccionar, responder, enviar im\u00e1genes adjuntas, entre otras acciones de forma sencilla.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez que ingresaste a tu cuenta en Doppler, dir\u00edgete a <\/span><b><i><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fromdoppler.com\/es\/precios\/#plan-conver\">Conversaciones<\/a>.<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta opci\u00f3n se podr\u00e1n ver todas las salas de chat que se crearon, indicando en cada una de ellas las conversaciones que est\u00e1n pendientes de visualizar y las que fueron vistas pero no respondidas. Se indica en cada una de ellas el \u00edcono del canal que tiene asociado (Whatsapp Chatbot, Facebook Chatbot o Instagram Chatbot o Web Chatbot)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10849\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_5-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"267\" height=\"419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_5-4.png 267w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_5-4-191x300.png 191w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 267px) 100vw, 267px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Al seleccionar una sala de chat puedes ver la lista de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fromdoppler.com\/es\/precios\/#plan-conver\">Conversaciones<\/a>, ordenadas de las m\u00e1s recientes a las m\u00e1s antiguas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la siguiente imagen ver\u00e1s:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una opci\u00f3n para buscar Conversaciones por nombre, apellido, alias, n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono, del contacto o por texto del mensaje.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n en la opci\u00f3n de los 3 puntos verticales, vamos a poder filtrar por los distintos estados de una conversaci\u00f3n, por mensajes en seguimiento y por conversaciones cerradas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fecha y hora del \u00faltimo mensaje y tambi\u00e9n quien fu\u00e9 la \u00faltima persona que lo atendi\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sesi\u00f3n vencida, esto indica que solo se puede reanudar una conversaci\u00f3n con ese contacto usando un template o bien si el contacto se escribe primero.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10851\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_6-5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"433\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_6-5.png 433w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_6-5-300x294.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 433px) 100vw, 433px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Una vez que seleccionada una Conversaci\u00f3n puedes ver el historial de mensajes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El canal de Whatsapp, s\u00f3lo permite manejar sesiones que duran 24 hs desde la \u00faltima interacci\u00f3n del contacto, no de la empresa que posee el m\u00f3dulo de conversaciones. <\/span><b>Esta es una pol\u00edtica de META.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si la sesi\u00f3n est\u00e1 vencida significa que solo se puede abrir una sesi\u00f3n para conversar con el cliente si es que el cliente env\u00eda un mensaje al n\u00famero asociado a la sala o bien el operador env\u00eda un mensaje al contacto usando un template, <\/span><b>pero solo se inicia la sesi\u00f3n si es que el contacto responde a ese mensaje.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. En la siguiente imagen se puede ver el \u00edcono \u201cT\u201d el cual al hacer clic sobre \u00e9l, nos muestra la lista de template que podemos usar para intentar abrir la conversaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10852\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_1-6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"470\" height=\"449\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_1-6.png 470w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_1-6-300x287.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 470px) 100vw, 470px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veamos ahora un ejemplo pr\u00e1ctico acerca de c\u00f3mo se utiliz\u00f3 un template de la lista y se puede ver el mensaje que envi\u00f3 conversaciones al contacto y tambi\u00e9n podemos ver c\u00f3mo lo recibe el contacto en su celular.
