Veamos c\u00f3mo realizarlo &#x1f642;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WhatsApp <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/docs\/whatsapp\/api\/rate-limits\/?locale=en_US\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aplica l\u00edmites de env\u00edo para los mensajes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que puede enviar seg\u00fan un sistema de niveles. Todas las cuentas nuevas comienzan en el nivel 1 tras superar el<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> proceso de verificaci\u00f3n para empresas<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><b>Puedes pasar autom\u00e1ticamente al siguiente nivel en funci\u00f3n del volumen y la calidad de los mensajes que env\u00edes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pero, presta atenci\u00f3n porque, puedes bajar de nivel si los usuarios denuncian o bloquean una mayor cantidad de sus mensajes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10906\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_6-8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"758\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_6-8.png 758w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Screenshot_6-8-300x66.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 758px) 100vw, 758px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">#DopplerTip:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Si alcanzas tu l\u00edmite de env\u00edo, WhatsApp marcar\u00e1 tu n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono como <\/span><b>Restringido<\/b><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em> y bloquear\u00e1 el env\u00edo de mensajes. Este estado es temporal y se actualiza al cabo de 24 horas<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para pasar al siguiente nivel, debe cumplir las siguientes condiciones:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mantener tu calificaci\u00f3n de calidad por encima de la media;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cantidad acumulada de usuarios a los que env\u00edes notificaciones debe sumar el doble de tu l\u00edmite actual de mensajer\u00eda en un per\u00edodo de 7 d\u00edas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ejemplo:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si actualmente te encuentras en el nivel 1 con un l\u00edmite de 1000 destinatarios \u00fanicos cada 24 horas, tendr\u00e1s que enviar un mensaje a m\u00e1s de 2000 destinatarios en 7 d\u00edas y tener una buena reputaci\u00f3n para pasar autom\u00e1ticamente al nivel 2 y poder enviar mensajes a hasta 10.000 usuarios \u00fanicos cada 24 horas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo solicitar un aumento?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puedes hacerlo de forma manual, si has completado la verificaci\u00f3n de la empresa o de la identidad, o has alcanzado el umbral de 1000 conversaciones en 30 d\u00edas, pero a\u00fan se aplica el l\u00edmite de 250 conversaciones iniciadas por la empresa, puedes abrir un ticket de Asistencia directa (a trav\u00e9s de WhatsApp) y solicitar una mejora del nivel de mensajes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O realizarlo de forma autom\u00e1tica, una vez que hayas alcanzado el l\u00edmite de 1000 conversaciones iniciadas por tu marca. As\u00ed, cada vez que abras una conversaci\u00f3n, determinaremos si el l\u00edmite debe aumentar seg\u00fan los siguientes criterios:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono de la empresa est\u00e1 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/docs\/whatsapp\/cloud-api\/phone-numbers#phone-number-status\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">conectado<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La calificaci\u00f3n de calidad del n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono de la empresa es media o alta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En los \u00faltimos siete d\u00edas, el n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono de la empresa se ha utilizado para abrir X conversaciones o m\u00e1s iniciadas por la empresa, siendo X el l\u00edmite de mensajes actual del n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono de empresa dividido entre 2.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Si el n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono de la empresa cumple todas las condiciones, aumentaremos su l\u00edmite un nivel 24 horas despu\u00e9s. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, si su calificaci\u00f3n de calidad se ha establecido en marcado durante los \u00faltimos siete d\u00edas, reduciremos su l\u00edmite un nivel de manera inmediata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1Listo!
