Ahora ya puedes comenzar a crear tu Flujo. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"107\" data-end=\"297\">Como notar\u00e1s, los <strong data-start=\"201\" data-end=\"230\">tres primeros componentes<\/strong> aparecen de forma predeterminada y <strong data-start=\"266\" data-end=\"290\">no pueden eliminarse<\/strong>, ya que son esenciales para el funcionamiento del Chatbot.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"353\" data-end=\"532\">El componente de <strong data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"390\">Datos Requeridos<\/strong> se mostrar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente en el <strong data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"437\">Web Chat<\/strong>, aunque tambi\u00e9n puedes <strong data-start=\"461\" data-end=\"510\">habilitarlo en WhatsApp, Facebook o Instagram<\/strong> desde esta secci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"738\"><em><img class=\"wp-image-12133 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Screenshot-2025-09-04-141036-300x159.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"564\" height=\"299\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Screenshot-2025-09-04-141036-300x159.png 300w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Screenshot-2025-09-04-141036.png 753w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 564px) 100vw, 564px\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"203\" data-end=\"278\">En esta etapa comenzar\u00e1s a visualizar los primeros componentes del Flujo:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"687\">\n<li data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"484\">\n<p data-start=\"282\" data-end=\"484\"><strong data-start=\"282\" data-end=\"303\">Datos Requeridos:<\/strong> aqu\u00ed podr\u00e1s definir los campos que se solicitar\u00e1n al usuario para registrar su informaci\u00f3n en tu cuenta de Doppler (por ejemplo, nombre, correo electr\u00f3nico o n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"687\">\n<p data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"687\"><strong data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"497\">Flujo:<\/strong> en este componente podr\u00e1s asignar un <strong data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"553\">nombre interno<\/strong> para identificarlo f\u00e1cilmente y una <strong data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"605\">descripci\u00f3n<\/strong> que detalle el prop\u00f3sito o la funci\u00f3n de ese Flujo dentro de tu automatizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"45\" data-end=\"250\"><strong>4. Solo se activar\u00e1 cuando alguien escriba alguna de las palabras que configuraste en este paso. &#x1f511;<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"164\"><strong>5. Luego podr\u00e1s configurar dos mensajes importantes para tu Flujo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"166\" data-end=\"765\">\n<li data-start=\"166\" data-end=\"488\">\n<p data-start=\"168\" data-end=\"488\"><strong data-start=\"168\" data-end=\"203\">Mensaje de inicio personalizado<\/strong>: es el texto que se mostrar\u00e1 al comenzar la conversaci\u00f3n. Te sugerimos incluir algunas de las palabras clave que definiste en el paso anterior para guiar a tus contactos.<br data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"377\" \/>&#x1f449; Ejemplo: <em data-start=\"389\" data-end=\"485\">\u201c\u00a1Hola! Para continuar, escribe la palabra <strong data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"441\">hola<\/strong> y te mostraremos las opciones disponibles\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"765\">\n<p data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"765\"><strong data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"531\">Mensaje de respuesta no comprendida<\/strong>: se utiliza cuando el bot no reconoce la consulta del usuario. En este caso, puedes guiarlo para que retome la interacci\u00f3n.<br data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"658\" \/>&#x1f449; Ejemplo: <em data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"762\">\u201cLo siento, no entend\u00ed tu mensaje. Elige una de las siguientes opciones para continuar &#x1f642;\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"70\" data-end=\"293\"><strong>6. Una vez que completes este paso inicial, encontrar\u00e1s el componente Presentaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><br data-start=\"161\" data-end=\"164\" \/>Aqu\u00ed podr\u00e1s configurar el mensaje de bienvenida de tu Chatbot, indicando su nombre y una breve introducci\u00f3n para tus contactos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"295\" data-end=\"417\">&#x1f449;<strong> Ejemplo:<\/strong> <em data-start=\"307\" data-end=\"415\">\u201c\u00a1Hola! Esto va <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">desde el inicio de datos requeridos hasta que lleg\u00f3 a este componente.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tal como los otros componentes, deber\u00e1s definir un mensaje para mostrar al cliente. Recuerda que en el campo \u201cEmail\u201d, deber\u00e1s ingresar la direcci\u00f3n a la que quieres se te env\u00ede esta informaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n ver\u00e1s la opci\u00f3n de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pausar bot, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">esta funci\u00f3n funciona as\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si se selecciona pausar bot, <\/span><b>funciona como el componente derivar a operador. El bot se apaga\/pausa y el cliente puede interactuar con un humano.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si no se selecciona pausar bot, <\/span><b>funciona como el componente fin de flujo.
