All\u00ed ver\u00e1s el Listado Maestro de Contactos. Este contiene todos los que alguna vez formaron parte de tu cuenta, incluso los removidos. Si deseas ver en detalle alguno puedes cliquear en los \u00edconos a la derecha o exportar el listado completo para analizarlo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11429\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Screenshot_11.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"756\" height=\"372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Screenshot_11.png 756w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Screenshot_11-300x148.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 756px) 100vw, 756px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los Contactos no importados a la Lista, pueden deberse debido a alguno de los errores a continuaci\u00f3n:\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Los Contactos NO agregados a la lista <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ser\u00e1n los Contactos que no han sido ingresados a la Lista por los errores a continuaci\u00f3n mencionados:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Inconvenientes en encabezado:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Contactos que no pueden ingresarse porque el archivo a importar no cuenta con la primera fila de campos para realizar el mapeo de los mismos. Es decir, la primera fila del documento est\u00e1 vac\u00eda o contiene errores <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.fromdoppler.com\/signup\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doppler<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no asocia los datos a un campo espec\u00edfico.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Emails inv\u00e1lidos:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Presentan alg\u00fan tipo de <\/span><b>problema de formato, sintaxis o escritura<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ya sea porque falta el @, contiene s\u00edmbolos, espacios, etc\u00e9tera. Tambi\u00e9n incluye direcciones con dominios @facebook @mercadolibre entre otros, que si bien poseen una sintaxis correcta, no son direcciones a las que puedas enviar Campa\u00f1as de Email Marketing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contactos duplicados: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el mismo Excel o archivo de texto que has importado, el usuario est\u00e1 ingresado dos veces, por lo que<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/app.fromdoppler.com\/signup\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doppler <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lo subir\u00e1 a tu Lista una sola vez.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Removidos por Rebote Hard: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquellos Contactos que no han sido cargados en la Lista por haber generado este tipo de rebote. Para saber m\u00e1s, \u00a1ingresa en<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/que-son-los-rebotes-soft-y-hard\/?utm_source=direct\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">este art\u00edculo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Removidos por Rebote Soft:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> aquellos Contactos que no han sido cargados en la Lista por haber alcanzado la cantidad m\u00e1xima de rebotes consecutivos de tipo soft, de acuerdo a la configuraci\u00f3n seleccionada por ti desde el Panel de Control de tu cuenta de<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/app.fromdoppler.com\/signup\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doppler<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Removidos por Suscriptor: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquellos Contactos que no han sido cargados en este nuevo ingreso, por haberse removido previamente de tus Listas ya cargadas en <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.fromdoppler.com\/signup\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doppler<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Removido por cliente:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El Contacto ha pedido ser removido de tus Listas anteriormente y t\u00fa has cumplido con su pedido. Si su Email se encuentra en la nueva Lista cargada<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.fromdoppler.com\/signup\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doppler <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lo detectar\u00e1 y no lo agregar\u00e1 como contacto importado ya que respetar\u00e1 la decisi\u00f3n previa de no formar parte de las mismas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Removidos por Pol\u00edticas Internas:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Se trata de aquellos Contactos que Doppler detecta y marca como sospechosos por distintos motivos, o de direcciones gen\u00e9ricas asociadas a roles internos de una organizaci\u00f3n. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/es\/que-significa-que-un-suscriptor-ha-sido-removido-por-politicas-internas\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">este art\u00edculo<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">puedes conocer m\u00e1s acerca de las Pol\u00edticas Internas de remoci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, podr\u00e1s descargarte el resumen de los errores de importaci\u00f3n.
