El objetivo del bloqueo preventivo es evitar env\u00edos que podr\u00edan perjudicar tu reputaci\u00f3n y poner en riesgo la efectividad de tus mensajes por contactos se\u00f1alados en las <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">blacklist<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 Veamos c\u00f3mo funciona y lo m\u00e1s importante, \u00a1c\u00f3mo evitarlo! &#x1f680;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 se trata una Lista bloqueada al importar Contactos?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para que tu dominio no termine en una <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">blacklist <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">te ayudamos a que tu reputaci\u00f3n y tu Tasa de Apertura no se vea afectada. El aviso de Lista bloqueada ser\u00e1 \u00fatil para que logres tener <\/span>env\u00edos de Campa\u00f1as mucho m\u00e1s eficientes. <strong>Para saber cu\u00e1les son los Contactos que bloquean tu Lista,<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/es\/como-identificar-que-contactos-hacen-que-mi-lista-se-bloquee\/\">revisa el siguiente art\u00edculo.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay distintas formas de importar contactos a Doppler, ya sea de forma manual por API, sincronizaci\u00f3n de alguna herramienta de integraci\u00f3n, ingreso de Contactos por Formulario o por Automation y a partir de all\u00ed, se determinar\u00e1 si el porcentaje de Correos es sospechoso o no, y en su defecto, si se bloquea la lista o no. Y lo ver\u00e1s reflejado as\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-11543\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot_3-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"666\" height=\"267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot_3-1.png 688w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot_3-1-300x120.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 666px) 100vw, 666px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al tener una Lista bloqueada en tu grilla ya no podr\u00e1s hacer Env\u00edos de ning\u00fan tipo. Tampoco podr\u00e1s crear un Formulario en base a esta Lista, agregar m\u00e1s Contactos manualmente o realizar alguna importaci\u00f3n masiva. A modo de aclaraci\u00f3n, si podr\u00e1s importar Contactos al resto de Listas no bloqueadas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>#DopplerTip: Ten en cuenta que si tu Lista est\u00e1 conectada y alimentada mediante Integraci\u00f3n, Form o API no ver\u00e1s en pantalla el bot\u00f3n con la opci\u00f3n de revertir. Te recomendamos que en el primer caso (con una Lista proveniente de una <strong>Integraci\u00f3n<\/strong>) <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/es\/category\/integraciones\">la desconectes y vueles a vincularla.<\/a> Si es por <strong>Form o API<\/strong>, debes descargar la Lista, eliminar aquella que figura como bloqueada (en el caso de Formulario desvincularlo previamente para poder borrarla), depurar desde el archivo y volver a importar. Esto se ver\u00e1 reflejado en la grilla de segmentos con una etiqueta que indica que el <\/span><b>Segmento bloqueado.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11546\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot_5-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"725\" height=\"298\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot_5-1.png 725w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot_5-1-300x123.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 725px) 100vw, 725px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un escenario en el que puede darse este bloqueo es al tener un Segmento asociado a una Lista y que \u00e9sta sea bloqueada luego de crear el Segmento. Entonces, tambi\u00e9n se bloquear\u00e1.
