{"id":2425,"date":"2014-01-07T14:16:03","date_gmt":"2014-01-07T14:16:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/?p=2425"},"modified":"2019-02-04T15:52:59","modified_gmt":"2019-02-04T15:52:59","slug":"como-reportar-un-correo-no-solicitado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/es\/como-reportar-un-correo-no-solicitado\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo reportar un Correo no solicitado?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Cada vez que recibas una <strong>Campa\u00f1a de Email Marketing<\/strong> de parte de alguno de los usuarios de <a title=\"Doppler - Email Marketing Made Simple\" href=\"http:\/\/comercial.fromdoppler.com\/help\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Doppler<\/a> a la cual no te has suscripto, adem\u00e1s de cancelar tu suscripci\u00f3n en la parte inferior del mensaje puedes reportar a ese emisor como <em>no deseado<\/em> en nuestro <strong><a title=\"Doppler - Centro de Denuncias de Correos No Solicitados\" href=\"http:\/\/mydplr.com\/AbuseForm\/?language=es&amp;utm_source=help&amp;utm_medium=post&amp;utm_campaign=reportar-abuso\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centro de Denuncias de Correos No Solicitados<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Es decir, que si no has solicitado informaci\u00f3n bajo ning\u00fan medio ni tampoco formas parte de la lista de contactos de ese remitente, podr\u00e1s reportarlo en unos pocos pasos, de manera que nuestro equipo de soporte pueda iniciar acciones al respecto.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Los pasos son los siguientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Cancela tu suscripci\u00f3n haciendo click en el link que se encuentra en la parte inferior del mensaje.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2426\" title=\"Abuso\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/rsz_abuse_es_1.png\" alt=\"Abuso\" width=\"630\" height=\"229\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Al hacer click ver\u00e1s que ser\u00e1s enviado a una p\u00e1gina especial en la que recibiremos tu solicitud. Una vez all\u00ed, copia el C\u00f3digo de Remoci\u00f3n de la direcci\u00f3n URL (como se muestra en la siguiente imagen) y luego haz click en <strong>\u00abUnsubscribe\u00bb<\/strong> para cancelar tu suscripci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2428\" title=\"Abuso\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/rsz_2abuse_es_2.png\" alt=\"Abuso\" width=\"630\" height=\"363\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">3. Ahora ingresa al <strong><a title=\"Doppler - Centro de Denuncias de Correos No Solicitados\" href=\"http:\/\/mydplr.com\/AbuseForm\/?language=es&amp;utm_source=help&amp;utm_medium=post&amp;utm_campaign=reportar-abuso\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centro de Denuncias de Correos No Solicitados<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">4. Completa el campo <strong>C\u00f3digo de Campa\u00f1a Doppler<\/strong> pegando all\u00ed el c\u00f3digo que has copiado en el paso 2.
