Descubre c\u00f3mo calcularlo y en qu\u00e9 se diferencia del CTOR.<\/p>\n<p>Para determinar la efectividad de tu <a title=\"Doppler\" href=\"http:\/\/comercial.fromdoppler.com\/help\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Campa\u00f1a de Email Marketing<\/a> la medici\u00f3n de los resultados es una tarea imprescindible. A trav\u00e9s del CTR puedes evaluar de qu\u00e9 manera tus Suscriptores interact\u00faan con tu pieza enviada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ejemplo para poder calcularlo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) Toma el n\u00famero total de Emails enviados y r\u00e9stale el n\u00famero de<a title=\"Post Rebotes\" href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/que-son-los-rebotes-soft-y-hard\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> rebotados<\/a>, incorrectos y repetidos. Por ejemplo, realizas un env\u00edo a 1.500 Suscriptores, de los cuales rebotan 120, 80 se detectan como incorrectos, mientras que 1.300 son entregados.<\/p>\n<p>2) Calcula la cantidad de suscriptores que han hecho click en alguno de los enlaces disponibles. Siguiendo con el ejemplo anterior, 90 de los Emails abiertos recibieron clicks en alg\u00fan enlace.<\/p>\n<p>3) Divide la cantidad de Suscriptores que realizaron clicks por el n\u00famero de los Emails efectivamente entregados.<\/p>\n<p>4) Multiplica el resultado obtenido por 100, para calcular el porcentaje.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora,<strong> presta atenci\u00f3n a la f\u00f3rmula:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(Suscriptores que hicieron click\/Emails entregados) x 100<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>90\/1300 x 100 = 7%<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si bien los est\u00e1ndares van cambiando seg\u00fan la industria en la que te encuentres, un n\u00famero superior al 7-10% suele ser considerado positivo e implica que tu Campa\u00f1a est\u00e1 siendo efectiva al provocar inter\u00e9s sobre los textos y los enlaces que se encuentran dentro de la misma.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora bien, si deseas obtener informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s espec\u00edfica sobre los resultados de tus env\u00edos, tambi\u00e9n puedes calcular el CTR individual de cada uno de los enlaces. En este punto, los resultados superiores al 1% podr\u00edan ser considerados como positivos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfY qu\u00e9 es el CTOR?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el <strong>CTOR (o Click Trough Open Rate)<\/strong> considera la cantidad de clicks realizados sobre los enlaces contenidos en una<a title=\"Doppler\" href=\"http:\/\/comercial.fromdoppler.com\/help\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Campa\u00f1a de Email Marketing<\/a> en relaci\u00f3n a la cantidad de <a title=\"Post Aperturas\" href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/aperturas-y-clics-por-dia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">correos abiertos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Para mejorar estos indicadores, puedes:<\/p>\n<p>Revisar el estilo de redacci\u00f3n de tu Campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Controlar si est\u00e1s envi\u00e1ndole el contenido adecuado a las <a title=\"Post Segmento\" href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/como-crear-un-filtro-en-una-lista-de-emails\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">personas adecuadas<\/a>: no todos tus Suscriptores desean <a title=\"Post Marketing del Permiso\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.fromdoppler.com\/crea-tu-propia-base-de-datos-la-magia-del-permiso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recibir la misma informaci\u00f3n<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Incluir Llamados a la Acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Construir cada Campa\u00f1a pensando en un mismo objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, cada aspecto de la misma se encontrar\u00e1 orientado a cumplir con la misma meta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1Que tengas una gran Campa\u00f1a!<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Click Through Rate (o porcentaje de clicks) indica el n\u00famero de clicks realizados por los Suscriptores de tu Campa\u00f1a en relaci\u00f3n a la cantidad de Emails entregados.
