Si te encuentras codificando tu Campa\u00f1a de Email en .html y tienes dificultades con la visualizaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes, este post te servir\u00e1 para trabajar correctamente con los c\u00f3digos.<\/p>\n

Al iniciar el env\u00edo de una nueva Campa\u00f1a y luego de completar los campos de informaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica, debes optar por el contenido que conformar\u00e1 tu Email<\/strong>. Puedes importar tu archivo, crear desde el editor o bien seleccionar una Plantilla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Si te decides por la primera opci\u00f3n, Doppler<\/a> te solicitar\u00e1 que importes tu archivo .html o .zip<\/strong>. Con la actualizaci\u00f3n de nuestra herramienta puedes buscarlo y adjuntarlo o bien arrastrarlo desde tu carpeta hacia el lugar correspondiente.<\/p>\n

\"Visualizar\"<\/p>\n

La opci\u00f3n importar archivos de Doppler <\/a>habilita dos opciones. Un archivo requerido<\/strong>, cuya extensi\u00f3n .html <\/strong>debe contener la codificaci\u00f3n del contenido de tu Campa\u00f1a; o bien, un archivo opcional de extensi\u00f3n .zip<\/strong> que debe contener todas las im\u00e1genes asociadas a la Campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n

Este \u00faltimo archivo se denomina opcional ya que si la Campa\u00f1a no posee im\u00e1genes o est\u00e1n alojadas en una URL p\u00fablica no es necesario que las importes a Doppler<\/a>. Desde Doppler<\/a> te acercamos las siguientes recomendaciones para que tengas en consideraci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

– <\/strong>Los archivos a ser importados deben seguir las pr\u00e1cticas recomendadas para el env\u00edo de Campa\u00f1as de Email Marketing. Si tienes dudas, puedes descargarte nuestra completa Gu\u00eda HTML<\/a> y aprender c\u00f3mo maquetar tu Campa\u00f1a f\u00e1cilmente mejorando tus resultados.<\/p>\n

– <\/strong>Las referencias a las im\u00e1genes en el HTML deben estar al mismo nivel<\/strong>, NO dentro de una carpeta \u201cim\u00e1genes\u201d, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n

Ejemplo Inv\u00e1lido de referencia de imagen:<\u00abimagenes\/imagen.jpg\u201d><\/p>\n

– <\/strong>El archivo .zip deber\u00e1 contener solamente im\u00e1genes<\/strong>, los formatos aceptados son: .jpg, .gif y .png.<\/p>\n

En el caso de que las im\u00e1genes se encuentren alojadas en una URL p\u00fablica se debe hacer referencia de forma absoluta a las mismas.<\/p>\n

Ejemplo de referencia absoluta v\u00e1lida: \u00abhttp:\/\/www.tudominio.com\/imagenes\/imagen.jpg\u201d<\/p>\n

Ejemplo de referencia inv\u00e1lido: \u201dtudominio.com\/imagenes\/imagen.jpg\u201d<\/p>\n

–<\/strong> Es importante optimizar el peso de las im\u00e1genes<\/strong> utilizadas y que las mismas no tengan un peso mayor al de 100kb<\/strong>. En el caso de Doppler<\/a>, el zip de las im\u00e1genes no podr\u00e1 pesar m\u00e1s de 1mb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

–<\/strong> El ancho de las im\u00e1genes no debe superar los 600 px<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

–<\/strong> Se deben utilizar Tablas para armar el .html<\/strong> ya que son aceptadas por todos los clientes de correo.<\/p>\n

– <\/strong>No usar Flash en los .html<\/strong> ya que NO son aceptados por todos los clientes de correo.<\/p>\n
