Esto se debe a que analizando la manera en que se comporta el usuario, puedes <strong>conocer cu\u00e1les son sus intereses y de qu\u00e9 forma interact\u00faa con tus Campa\u00f1as<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El principal beneficio de esta t\u00e9cnica es que te permite <strong>segmentar tus env\u00edos de acuerdo a la informaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que tienes de tus Suscriptores y, por ende, incrementar el nivel de personalizaci\u00f3n de tus Campa\u00f1as, volvi\u00e9ndolas m\u00e1s efectivas.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, por ejemplo, podr\u00e1s crear un Email espec\u00edfico para aquellos que han abierto una Campa\u00f1a y otro para los que no lo han hecho. Para ello <strong>haz clic en el icono + que aparece en el lienzo<\/strong>. All\u00ed ver\u00e1s 4 opciones distintas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Espera (definir un periodo de tiempo que deseas esperar para que se realice determinada acci\u00f3n).<\/li>\n<li>Email.<\/li>\n<li>Condici\u00f3n (se detalla m\u00e1s abajo).<\/li>\n<li>Acci\u00f3n (diferentes acciones que puedes efectuar en relaci\u00f3n a tus Suscriptores).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-5682 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/elementos-300x242.png\" alt=\"Automation por Comportamiento en Email: elementos \" width=\"300\" height=\"242\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/elementos-300x242.png 300w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/elementos.png 391w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Las Condiciones son aquellos elementos que te permitir\u00e1n realizar determinadas acciones de acuerdo al comportamiento previo de tus Suscriptores, esto es <strong>dependiendo de SI los usuarios hicieron determinada cosa o, por el contrario, NO la hicieron<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Veamos un ejemplo. Supongamos que has creado una Campa\u00f1a que incluye un cat\u00e1logo de productos y quieres enviarles, un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s de eso, un Email con productos relacionados a aquellos Suscriptores que hicieron clic \u00fanicamente en \u00abTelevisores\u00bb. Y por otro lado, deseas enviarle un Email con otro tipo de productos a aquellos que, si bien abrieron la Campa\u00f1a, no hicieron clic en ning\u00fan enlace porque, evidentemente, no se interesaron por ninguno de esos productos. Entonces, el Flujo de Automation quedar\u00eda configurado tal como se ve en la imagen:<\/p>\n<h3><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-5684 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/flujo-lienzo.png\" alt=\"Automation por Comportamiento en Email: flujo\" width=\"759\" height=\"680\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/flujo-lienzo.png 759w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/flujo-lienzo-300x269.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 759px) 100vw, 759px\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3>C\u00f3mo crear una Condici\u00f3n para tu Automation por Comportamiento en Campa\u00f1a<\/h3>\n<p>Para segmentar tus Emails de acuerdo al comportamiento de tus Suscriptores en Campa\u00f1as anteriores necesitas dar los siguientes pasos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hacer clic en el <strong>icono +<\/strong>\u00a0del lienzo y seleccionar la opci\u00f3n Condici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-5687 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/condicion-lienzo-300x240.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/condicion-lienzo-300x240.png 300w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/condicion-lienzo.png 393w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Se desplegar\u00e1 a la izquierda un panel donde podr\u00e1s <strong>escribir un nombre para esa Condici\u00f3n<\/strong> (el que aparecer\u00e1 en el lienzo).<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-5689 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/nombre-condicion-252x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"252\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/nombre-condicion-252x300.png 252w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/nombre-condicion.png 379w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 252px) 100vw, 252px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Seleccionar el <strong>tipo de Condici\u00f3n<\/strong>, en este caso Comportamiento en Campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-5690 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/tipo-de-condicion-255x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"255\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/tipo-de-condicion-255x300.png 255w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/tipo-de-condicion.png 375w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 255px) 100vw, 255px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. Elegir el <strong>nombre del Email de referencia<\/strong>, es decir, con el que interactuar\u00e1n los Suscriptores. En este caso, Cat\u00e1logo de productos.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-5691 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/email-referencia-253x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"253\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/email-referencia-253x300.png 253w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/email-referencia.png 379w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 253px) 100vw, 253px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5. Definir un <strong>disparador para esa Condici\u00f3n<\/strong>: Ha abierto el Email, No ha abierto el Email, Ha hecho clic en cualquier link, No ha hecho clic en ning\u00fan link, Ha hecho clic en un link espec\u00edfico o No ha hecho clic en un link espec\u00edfico. En el ejemplo hemos elegido la opci\u00f3n \u00abHa hecho clic en un link espec\u00edfico\u00bb y seleccionado exactamente el enlace.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-5693 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/link-especifico-224x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"224\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/link-especifico-224x300.png 224w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/link-especifico.png 371w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 224px) 100vw, 224px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6.<strong> A\u00f1adir m\u00e1s criterios a tu Condici\u00f3n<\/strong> haciendo clic en el icono +. Al hacer eso deber\u00e1s elegir entre las opciones AND (todos los criterios deben cumplirse) u OR (al menos uno de los criterios debe cumplirse).
