\u00bfYa has experimentado el poder del Email Automation por Comportamiento en Campa\u00f1a<\/a>? Con Doppler<\/a> puedes hacer env\u00edos totalmente personalizados de acuerdo a las interacciones<\/strong> que tus Suscriptores hayan o no hayan tenido con tus Emails.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed, por ejemplo, puedes crear un Email espec\u00edfico para aquellos que han abierto uno anterior y otro para los que no lo han hecho. Tambi\u00e9n puedes hacer un env\u00edo especial para los que hayan hecho clic en cualquier enlace de tu correo o en un link espec\u00edfico, y otro diferente para aquellos que no lo hayan hecho.<\/p>\n

Eso s\u00ed, para definir esos requisitos es preciso que crees Condiciones dentro del Flujo de tu Automation. Es decir, deber\u00e1s determinar qu\u00e9 suceder\u00e1 cuando tus Suscriptores S\u00cd hagan lo que has definido previamente en tu Condici\u00f3n, y qu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 cuando NO lo hagan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Paso a paso para crear Condiciones en tu Automation por Comportamiento en Campa\u00f1a<\/h2>\n

Para que sea m\u00e1s sencillo de comprender te mostraremos c\u00f3mo funciona utilizando un ejemplo. Imagina que env\u00edas a tus Suscriptores un Cat\u00e1logo con productos variados de tu tienda (televisores, celulares y lavarropas) y quieres que les llegue un Email con productos relacionados a quienes hayan hecho clic en el enlace de televisores y otro con un descuento a los que no hayan hecho clic en ning\u00fan enlace pero s\u00ed hayan abierto el Email.<\/p>\n

Para crear esa Condici\u00f3n, debes hacer clic en el icono + del lienzo<\/strong> y seleccionar la opci\u00f3n \u201cCondici\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>. Ten en cuenta que antes de sumarla debes agregar un elemento \u00abEspera\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0de modo de definir el tiempo que quieres que pase antes de que Doppler verifique si la Condici\u00f3n que has definido se ha cumplido o no.<\/p>\n

A la izquierda de la pantalla se desplegar\u00e1 un panel donde tendr\u00e1s que escribir un nombre para esa Condici\u00f3n<\/strong> (el texto que coloques all\u00ed ser\u00e1 el que aparecer\u00e1 en el lienzo). En este caso la hemos llamado \u00abHicieron clic en TV\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Selecciona el tipo de Condici\u00f3n, en este caso \u201cComportamiento en Campa\u00f1a\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Elige el nombre del Email de referencia<\/strong>, es decir, aquel con el que tendr\u00e1n interacci\u00f3n los Suscriptores y en base al cual definir\u00e1s tu Condici\u00f3n. En este caso hemos elegido Cat\u00e1logo de productos.<\/p>\n

Define un disparador para esa Condici\u00f3n, puedes seleccionar cualquiera de las opciones que aparecen en la imagen. En el ejemplo hemos elegido la opci\u00f3n \u201cHa hecho clic en un link espec\u00edfico\u201d<\/strong> y seleccionado exactamente el enlace de televisores.<\/p>\n

Si quisieras a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s criterios a tu Condici\u00f3n<\/strong>, puedes hacerlo haciendo clic en el icono +. Al hacer eso deber\u00e1s elegir entre las opciones AND<\/strong> (todos los criterios deben cumplirse) u OR<\/strong> (al menos uno de los criterios debe cumplirse).<\/p>\n

\nDefine el tiempo de verificaci\u00f3n de la Condici\u00f3n<\/strong>. Para corroborar si tus Suscriptores la han cumplido o no, es necesario que le indiques a Doppler durante cu\u00e1nto tiempo deber\u00eda permanecer verificando, una vez que ese periodo haya expirado, los usuarios que no lo hayan hecho pasar\u00e1n a la rama del NO.<\/p>\n

En este caso, hemos definido 2 d\u00edas de verificaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n
