Si quieres alcanzar el \u00e9xito de tus env\u00edos de Email Marketing<\/a> necesitar\u00e1s utilizar todos los recursos de personalizaci\u00f3n que te brinda Doppler. En este art\u00edculo te contamos una de las funcionalidades que te ayudar\u00e1 a asegurarte de que la Campa\u00f1a que env\u00edas llegar\u00e1 \u00fanicamente a quienes t\u00fa quieres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Doppler<\/a> te permite sumar y restar Suscriptores de tus env\u00edos de una forma muy sencilla. Sigue leyendo y descubre c\u00f3mo hacerlo. \u00bfEst\u00e1s listo? \u00a1Vamos!<\/p>\n

Sumar y restar destinatarios de tus Campa\u00f1as<\/h2>\n

Cuando hayas configurado tu Campa\u00f1a y llegado a la etapa de definici\u00f3n de los destinatarios, tilda tanto las Listas cuyos Suscriptores deseas que reciban tu env\u00edo como las que contienen los Suscriptores que quieres excluir.<\/p>\n

Una vez que selecciones cada Lista, deber\u00e1s hacer clic en el icono +<\/strong> que aparecer\u00e1 en la columna \u201cAcci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>. El + se transformar\u00e1 en un – (signo de resta), lo que significa que todos los Suscriptores pertenecientes a esa Lista, aunque se encuentren en cualquier otra, no recibir\u00e1n la Campa\u00f1a que est\u00e1s creando.<\/p>\n

\"SumarSumar y restar Suscriptores de un Segmento creado desde Suscriptores<\/h2>\n

Una vez que hayas seleccionado la opci\u00f3n \u201cCrear Segmento\u201d<\/strong> y luego elegido \u201cDesde Suscriptores\u201d<\/strong>, tendr\u00e1s que hacer exactamente lo mismo que mencionamos en el apartado anterior refiri\u00e9ndonos a sumar y restar destinatarios de una Campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n

Esta funcionalidad puede ser realmente \u00fatil si, por ejemplo, quieres enviar una Campa\u00f1a \u00fanicamente a los Suscriptores de tu Blog excluyendo aquellos que son clientes, porque a \u00e9stos deseas enviarles otro contenido.<\/p>\n

En ese caso, puedes \u201crestar\u201d esta \u00faltima Lista para que esos Suscriptores no reciban la Campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n

\"SumarSumar y restar Suscriptores de un Segmento creado desde Reportes<\/h2>\n

Una vez que hayas seleccionado la opci\u00f3n \u201cCrear Segmento\u201d<\/strong> y luego elegido \u201cDesde Reportes\u201d<\/strong>, tendr\u00e1s que seguir absolutamente los mismos pasos que en los dos casos mencionados antes.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANTE<\/strong>: Ten en cuenta que al menos una de las Listas o Campa\u00f1as que selecciones debe tener el icono +<\/strong>. No puedes \u00fanicamente seleccionar Listas o Campa\u00f1as cuyos Suscriptores deseas excluir porque, de este modo, Doppler no tendr\u00eda a qui\u00e9n enviarle tu correo.<\/p>\n
