A continuaci\u00f3n, se descargar\u00e1 un archivo Excell y all\u00ed ver\u00e1s tus Contactos, tal como ves en la siguiente imagen: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-11717\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Screenshot_3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"704\" height=\"227\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Screenshot_3.png 750w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Screenshot_3-300x97.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 704px) 100vw, 704px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conoce las opciones por las que un Contacto pudo no haberse importado correctamente:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Removido por Rebote Soft o Rebote Hard:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> esto se produce porque <\/span><b>Doppler<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> intent\u00f3 enviar el Correo a un destinatario y no logr\u00f3 entregarlo. Si deseas saber m\u00e1s de este tema, revisa<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/es\/que-son-los-rebotes-soft-y-hard\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> el siguiente art\u00edculo <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en el Help Center.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Email duplicado:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cuando dentro de tu Lista tienes dos Emails repetidos, <\/span><b>Doppler <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lo detecta y solo lo importa una vez.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Removido por el usuario o por Contacto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: en este caso, puedes haberlo eliminado de la Lista o el mismo Suscriptor se dio de baja de tu cuenta. En ambos casos puedes reactivarlos. Aprende c\u00f3mo hacerlo en el paso a paso de<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/es\/reactivar-un-suscriptor\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9ste art\u00edculo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Emails inv\u00e1lidos:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> son Correos mal redactados o que olvidaron sumar el @ en su direcci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Pol\u00edticas internas: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">son aquellos Emails que <\/span><b>Doppler<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> considera sospechosos por tratarse de un posible Spammer.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahora ya conoces c\u00f3mo interpretar tu Lista y los motivos por los que alg\u00fan Contacto no se import\u00f3 correctamente.
