Descubre por cu\u00e1l opci\u00f3n deber\u00edas inclinarte seg\u00fan lo que busques hacer.<\/p>\n<p>Si tienes Campa\u00f1as de Email Marketing Automation activas, quiz\u00e1 te hayas encontrado con estas dos opciones:<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6598 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Captura-de-pantalla-2018-08-24-a-las-3.45.03-PM.png\" alt=\"Pausar o detener Email Marketing Automation\" width=\"380\" height=\"62\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Captura-de-pantalla-2018-08-24-a-las-3.45.03-PM.png 380w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Captura-de-pantalla-2018-08-24-a-las-3.45.03-PM-300x49.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 380px) 100vw, 380px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfSabes<strong> qu\u00e9 implica cada una<\/strong> y por cu\u00e1l deber\u00edas optar seg\u00fan tu necesidad? \u00a1Ve\u00e1moslo!<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa Detener Automation?<\/h2>\n<p>La acci\u00f3n de Detener Automation es ideal en situaciones donde necesitas modificar varios elementos dentro del flujo o cuando deseas que el Automation no contin\u00fae activo.<\/p>\n<p>Al hacer clic en este bot\u00f3n ocurrir\u00e1 lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00e1s <strong>editar todos los elementos<\/strong> del flujo tales como Emails, Tiempos de Espera, <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/es\/crear-accion-en-automation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Acciones<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/es\/crear-condiciones-para-automation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Condiciones<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Los Suscriptores que se encuentren dentro de tu Automation <strong>no continuar\u00e1n avanzando<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s del flujo y <strong>tampoco ingresar\u00e1n nuevos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al reactivar la Campa\u00f1a, esta <strong>volver\u00e1 a comenzar<\/strong> desde el inicio, como si fuera la primera vez que la activas, por lo que todos los Suscriptores dentro del flujo avanzar\u00e1n por los distintos pasos nuevamente. En el caso de <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/es\/como-crear-email-automation-ingreso-lista\/?utm_source=direct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Automation por Suscripci\u00f3n a Lista<\/a>, \u00fanicamente ingresar\u00e1n en el flujo los <strong>Contactos que entren a la Lista luego de reiniciado el Automation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa Pausar Automation?<\/h2>\n<p>Al elegir esta opci\u00f3n pasar\u00e1 lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p>Mientras est\u00e9 pausada tu Campa\u00f1a<strong> no ingresar\u00e1n nuevos Suscriptores<\/strong> al flujo.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En el caso de un Automation por Suscripci\u00f3n a Lista, al reanudar el Automation habr\u00e1n <strong>ingresado a la Lista pero NO se incorporar\u00e1n al Flujo Automatizado.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>En el caso de los <strong>Automations para E-commerce<\/strong> (Comportamiento en Sitio, Producto Visitado, Carrito Abandonado) <strong>depender\u00e1 del tiempo de espera configurado.<\/strong> Los Suscriptores seguir\u00e1n el flujo y recibir\u00e1n los Emails <strong>s\u00f3lo si ese tiempo de espera es menor al tiempo que el Automation estuvo pausado<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Podr\u00e1s <strong>editar los Tiempos de Espera y el o los Emails<\/strong> que est\u00e9n dentro del flujo, al reanudarlo se enviar\u00e1n con las modificaciones aplicadas.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando reinicies tu Automation, se reanudar\u00e1 para aquellos Suscriptores que estaban dentro del flujo, <strong>respetando el estadio en el que se encontraba cada uno, <\/strong>sin importar el tiempo que haya transcurrido entre el pausado y la reanudaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La acci\u00f3n de Pausar Automation es necesaria cuando no quieres que ingresen nuevos Suscriptores al flujo, pero deseas que los que est\u00e1n dentro lo finalicen, o cuando lo \u00fanico que necesites editar es el contenido de alg\u00fan Email o los Tiempos de Espera.<\/p>\n<p>En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fromdoppler.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Doppler<\/a>, continuamos sumando funcionalidades que hagan tu trabajo m\u00e1s sencillo.
