Entonces, esta funcionalidad ser\u00e1 una de tus aliadas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este Automation consiste en la creaci\u00f3n, configuraci\u00f3n y activaci\u00f3n <\/span><b>por \u00fanica vez<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de un flujo que se disparar\u00e1 luego de que un visitante de tu Tienda navegue por una determinada p\u00e1gina y vea alguno de tus productos, sin haberlos cargado en el carrito de compra.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo de este Automation es <\/span><b>recuperar a ese visitante y facilitarle el regreso a tu E-commerce<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para que efect\u00fae la compra. Esto es fundamental para poder crear un Automation de Producto Visitado.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dicho esto, es momento de ver c\u00f3mo configurar tu Automation de Producto Visitado para Tiendanube. \u00a1Manos a la obra!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Paso a paso para activar un flujo de Automation de Producto Visitado para Tiendanube<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1- Una vez que hayas ingresado a tu cuenta de Doppler, ve a la secci\u00f3n <strong>\u201cAutomation\u201d<\/strong> y <strong>\u201cCrear Automation\u201d.<\/strong> All\u00ed ver\u00e1s el box de Producto Visitado (si es que tienes tu cuenta de Doppler correctamente sincronizada con tu Tiendanube) listo para empezar a usarlo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7471 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Producto_1-300x116.png\" alt=\"1\" width=\"300\" height=\"116\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Producto_1-300x116.png 300w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Producto_1.png 428w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De lo contrario, te indicar\u00e1 que realices la integraci\u00f3n con tu Tiendanube y te llevar\u00e1 al Panel de Control de tu cuenta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Es importante que sepas que solo puedes tener <strong>un Automation de Producto Visitado activo por plataforma de E-commerce.<\/strong> Si intentaras crear un segundo flujo, el box de la funcionalidad te alertar\u00e1 de que ya posees un Automation activo asociado a tu Tienda.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2- En las <\/span><b>Condiciones Iniciales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> aparecer\u00e1 por defecto Tiendanube, que es la plataforma en donde tienes montado tu E-commerce. Luego deber\u00e1s<strong> definir el per\u00edodo de tiempo (24, 48 o 72 horas)<\/strong> tras el cual se enviar\u00e1 el Email con los productos que el usuario vio en tu Tienda. Adem\u00e1s deber\u00e1s <strong>setear cada cu\u00e1nto tiempo (semanas) quieres que el Automation se reactive<\/strong>, es decir, que reeval\u00fae el comportamiento del visitante en caso de que haya vuelto a visitar tu Tienda, y le vuelva a enviar un Email con esos nuevos productos visitados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7472 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Producto_2.png\" alt=\"2\" width=\"374\" height=\"380\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Producto_2.png 374w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Producto_2-295x300.png 295w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 374px) 100vw, 374px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta instancia tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1s configurar si prefieres que los productos sin stock <\/span><b>no se muestren en el Email<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; esto puedes determinarlo activando el switch que por defecto aparece inactivo. Haciendo clic en el \u00edcono <strong>+<\/strong>, selecciona el elemento Email. Haciendo clic en \u00e9l podr\u00e1s editar el Asunto, Pre encabezado, nombre e Email del remitente y direcci\u00f3n de respuesta, as\u00ed como importar un HTML o editar una Plantilla predise\u00f1ada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7473 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Producto_3.png\" alt=\"4\" width=\"270\" height=\"618\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Producto_3.png 270w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Producto_3-131x300.png 131w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 270px) 100vw, 270px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b><i>\u00a1IMPORTANTE!<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En la categor\u00eda \u201cProducto Visitado\u201d del Editor de Plantillas encontrar\u00e1s <\/span><b>Templates predise\u00f1ados y configurados para que Doppler levante autom\u00e1ticamente de tu Tienda la informaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de los productos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si decides usar una de nuestras Plantillas, no tendr\u00e1s que preocuparte por incluir nada de c\u00f3digo extra. \u00danicamente deber\u00e1s <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/es\/disenar-campanas-impactantes-editor-doppler\/\">personalizarla con la est\u00e9tica de tu negocio<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>,<\/strong> ya que la importaci\u00f3n de los productos ser\u00e1 autom\u00e1tica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>En el caso que decidas importar tu propio HTML<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el c\u00f3digo deber\u00e1 contener ciertos tags para que funcione como un Email din\u00e1mico que se complete con contenido personalizado, cada vez y para cada Contacto. <\/span><b>No olvides incluirlos dentro de los tags &lt;body&gt; &lt;\/body&gt; del HTML.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n detallamos los tags y valores que deber\u00e1s incluir, as\u00ed como una breve explicaci\u00f3n de cada uno.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7474 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/2019-05-07_1053-1.png\" alt=\"tags para campania html\" width=\"553\" height=\"550\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/2019-05-07_1053-1.png 553w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/2019-05-07_1053-1-300x298.png 300w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/2019-05-07_1053-1-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 553px) 100vw, 553px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4- Una vez que importes tu Email o edites una Plantilla, ya habr\u00e1s configurado un flujo simple para atraer a tu Tienda a los usuarios que han visto uno o varios productos, pero no han comprado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En este video te mostramos todos los pasos que desarrollamos hasta ahora. \u00a1Quiz\u00e1 te sirva repasarlo de un modo m\u00e1s visual! Revisa este ejemplo y ll\u00e9vate ideas para tu estrategia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n desarrollaremos una estrategia que podr\u00edas implementar en tu Automation de Producto Visitado para Tiendanube, de acuerdo a los posibles comportamientos del usuario en relaci\u00f3n a la Campa\u00f1a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supongamos que tienes un E-commerce de venta de ropa blanca (s\u00e1banas y toallas), y que <\/span><b>un usuario visit\u00f3 la p\u00e1gina de s\u00e1banas en las \u00faltimas 24 horas <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e hizo clic en algunos art\u00edculos de esa secci\u00f3n, pero no lleg\u00f3 a agregarlos al carrito<\/span><b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tienes activo un Automation de Producto Visitado, se le enviar\u00e1 una Campa\u00f1a mostrando esos art\u00edculos, excluyendo los agotados. A continuaci\u00f3n podr\u00edas agregar una <\/span><b>condici\u00f3n de Comportamiento en Campa\u00f1a<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para verificar durante 1 d\u00eda si el usuario abri\u00f3 el Email.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A quienes lo abran pero no hayan comprado,<\/strong> podr\u00edas enviarles un <\/span><b>segundo correo con un cup\u00f3n de descuento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para animarlos a concretar la compra. E inclusive, podr\u00edas<\/span><b> asociarlos autom\u00e1ticamente a una Lista<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de <em>\u201cinteresados en s\u00e1banas\u201d<\/em> para enviarles Campa\u00f1as promocionales, ofertas y nuevos ingresos en el futuro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Por otro lado, a quienes no lo abran<\/strong>\u00a0podr\u00edas programarles un <\/span><b>reenv\u00edo de la primera Campa\u00f1a<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con los art\u00edculos visitados, <\/span><b>modificando el Asunto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para reintentar la apertura. Durante 3 d\u00edas, Doppler verificar\u00e1 las aperturas de este reenv\u00edo.
