Si no hay ning\u00fan error en la informaci\u00f3n que has ingresado puedes seguir adelante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8157\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Screenshot_726-768x342_Blur-300x134.png\" alt=\"integracion doppler dynamics\" width=\"602\" height=\"268\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Screenshot_726-768x342_Blur-300x134.png 300w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Screenshot_726-768x342_Blur.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 602px) 100vw, 602px\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b><i>ANTES DE CONTINUAR:<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Recuerda que para que todos los usuarios del CRM puedan visualizar informaci\u00f3n de tu cuenta de Doppler desde Dynamics, <\/span><\/i><b><i>el administrador debe otorgarles a cada uno permisos de tipo \u201cDoppler user\u201d.<\/i><\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previo a concretar la<\/span><b> sincronizaci\u00f3n entre plataformas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, te sugerimos que realices el <\/span><b>Mapeo de Campos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y luego vincules las <\/span><b>listas de marketing del CRM con tus Listas de Doppler.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Administra y gestiona tu cuenta de Doppler desde Dynamics 365<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al realizar el <\/span><b>Mapeo de Campos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, har\u00e1s que la informaci\u00f3n que tienes en el CRM se refleje en Doppler.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mapeo de Campos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta acci\u00f3n consiste en <\/span><b>vincular los distintos campos de informaci\u00f3n que conforman cada Entidad del CRM con los Campos B\u00e1sicos y Personalizados de Doppler.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Entonces, cada vez que hagas un cambio o actualizaci\u00f3n desde Dynamics, estos impactar\u00e1n directamente en Doppler.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b><i>IMPORTANTE: Los cambios deben realizarse siempre desde Dynamics y no desde Doppler, para asegurar la correcta sincronizaci\u00f3n de los datos.<\/i><\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ver\u00e1s que algunos campos ya est\u00e1n mapeados por defecto; sin embargo podr\u00e1s realizar modificaciones o agregar otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para realizar el Mapeo de Campos debes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dirigirte a la secci\u00f3n <\/span><b>Configuraciones <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de tu CRM.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la secci\u00f3n <\/span><b>Mapeo de Campos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, seleccionar la <\/span><b>Entidad del CRM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que quieres mapear: Cuentas, Contactos o Potenciales (m\u00e1s abajo explicaremos m\u00e1s sobre cada uno).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n se desplegar\u00e1n una serie de campos para que puedas vincularlos como consideres. Esto es as\u00ed debido a que actualmente Dynamics no soporta el formato del Campo [[[Pa\u00eds]]] de Doppler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde la secci\u00f3n <\/span><b>Campos mapeados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de tu CRM ver\u00e1s qu\u00e9 campos de cada Entidad quedaron vinculados con Campos de Doppler. Desde all\u00ed tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1s realizar nuevos mapeos o eliminarlos en caso de ser necesario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8107\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Screenshot_728-300x153.png\" alt=\"dynamics campos mapeados\" width=\"601\" height=\"306\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Screenshot_728-300x153.png 300w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Screenshot_728-1024x522.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Screenshot_728-768x391.png 768w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Screenshot_728.png 1443w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 601px) 100vw, 601px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo siguiente es <\/span><b>agregar integrantes a una lista de marketing <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del CRM.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Agregar integrantes a una lista de marketing<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las <\/span><b>Entidades (o registros)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Microsoft Dynamics 365 deben estar agregados a <\/span><b>listas de marketing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para que se sincronicen con <\/span><b>Listas en Doppler.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entidades o registros en Dynamics son:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Accounts \/ Cuentas:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hace referencia a la informaci\u00f3n sobre empresas y compa\u00f1\u00edas con las que haces o has hecho negocios en el pasado. Es decir, son tus <\/span><b>clientes.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contacts \/ Contactos:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> son las personas que forman parte de cada una de esas organizaciones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Leads \/ Potenciales:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> implica la informaci\u00f3n de aquellos que a\u00fan no te han comprado, pero representan oportunidades o se encuentran en proceso de concretar una compra.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-8106\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Screenshot_729-300x230.png\" alt=\"dynamics entidades\" width=\"600\" height=\"459\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Screenshot_729-300x230.png 300w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Screenshot_729.png 767w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la secci\u00f3n <\/span><b>listas de Marketing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ver\u00e1s todas las opciones disponibles. Para finalizar, selecciona los registros que deseas agregar y haz clic en <\/span><b>Agregar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u00a1Listo!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es momento de avanzar con la <\/span><b>sincronizaci\u00f3n de las listas de marketing de Dynamics con las Listas de Doppler.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sincronizaci\u00f3n de listas de marketing con Listas de Doppler<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este paso es fundamental porque de lo contrario, la informaci\u00f3n no se guardar\u00e1 en Doppler al momento de realizar la sincronizaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde la secci\u00f3n \u201cDoppler Lists\u201d de tu CRM podr\u00e1s crear las que quieras, sin necesidad de ingresar a tu cuenta de Doppler.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para sincronizar una lista de marketing con una Lista de Doppler debes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ir a la secci\u00f3n <\/span><b>Doppler Lists<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y hacer clic en la Lista que deseas sincronizar. Una vez dentro, en la pesta\u00f1a \u201cGeneral\u201d ver\u00e1s el \u00edtem <\/span><b>\u201cLista de marketing asociada\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
