A continuaci\u00f3n aprender\u00e1s sobre esta funcionalidad y c\u00f3mo puedes configurarla para enviar push inmediatos, programados o automatizados seg\u00fan distintas condiciones.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfQu\u00e9 son las Notificaciones Push?<\/h3>\n<p>Son <strong>mensajes cortos que pueden ser enviados a los visitantes de tu Sitio Web<\/strong>, tanto en desktop como en mobile, y pueden tener contenido promocional, informativo, incorporar links y redireccionar al usuario a donde desees&#8230; fant\u00e1stico, \u00bfverdad?<\/p>\n<p>Para que tus Contactos reciban las Notificaciones Push, es importante que previamente<b> <\/b>hayan confirmado el permiso para recibirlas.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los principales beneficios de la funcionalidad?<\/h3>\n<p>Esta funcionalidad posee una <strong>tasa de aceptaci\u00f3n elevada<\/strong> en comparaci\u00f3n a la de otros canales de env\u00edos, ya que no requiere solicitud de datos. Adem\u00e1s vas a disfrutar de las siguientes ventajas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enviar alertas simples y efectivas a contactos suscriptos.<\/li>\n<li>Notificar sobre novedades, informaci\u00f3n, promociones o lanzamientos de tu marca.<\/li>\n<li>Redireccionar a los contactos a tu sitio web.<\/li>\n<li>Comunicar tus mensajes en diferentes dispositivos, incluso si el usuario no est\u00e1 navegando en tu sitio \ud83d\ude09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00bfC\u00f3mo configurar el env\u00edo de tus Notificaciones Push?<\/h3>\n<p>1. Ingresa a tu cuenta de Doppler.<\/p>\n<p>1.1 Dir\u00edgete al <strong>Panel de Control<\/strong>\u00a0desde<strong> tu avatar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>1.2 En la secci\u00f3n <strong>Preferencia de Campa\u00f1as<\/strong> selecciona <strong>Seguimiento en Sitio y Notificaciones Push<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8624\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/1-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"731\" height=\"303\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/1-1.png 731w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/1-1-300x124.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 731px) 100vw, 731px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>1.3 Desde la pantalla de <strong>Seguimiento en Sitio y Notificaciones Push<\/strong>, debes habilitar <strong>Seguimiento en Sitio<\/strong>, ya que para poder captar quienes quieren recibir las notificaciones, necesitas tener habilitada esta secci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>1.4 Ingresa el dominio sobre el cual quieres que tus clientes activen las notificaciones. Clickea el bot\u00f3n de <strong>Configurar Dominio<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, debes saber que con tu cuenta de Doppler podr\u00e1s trackear varios dominios distintos pero no al rev\u00e9s: un mismo dominio no podr\u00e1 ser registrado por m\u00faltiples usuarios \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8625\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/2..png\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/2..png 750w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/2.-300x118.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Agrega el dominio<\/strong>. No olvides sumar el prefijo \u00abwww.\u00bb\u00a0si corresponde. Y asegurate que:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tu dominio sea HTTPS<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tengas acceso al servidor en donde est\u00e1 alojado tu sitio<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, si tu sitio es un e-commerce, podr\u00e1s configurarlo en estos tipos: <strong>WordPress, Easycommerce, PrestaShop, y Magento.*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*<i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el caso de que tengas otro tipo de e-commerce como por ejemplo <\/span><\/i><b><i>Tiendanube<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, por el momento, <\/span><\/i><b><i>no es posible configurar Notificaciones Push<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Actualmente, nos encontramos trabajando para que sea posible pr\u00f3ximamente realizar esta configuraci\u00f3n de forma sencilla.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8626\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/3-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"747\" height=\"399\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/3-1.png 747w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/3-1-300x160.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 747px) 100vw, 747px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Una vez agregado el dominio obtendr\u00e1s un <strong>C\u00f3digo de Seguimiento<\/strong>, que deber\u00e1s <strong>copiar y luego insertar en el c\u00f3digo de cada p\u00e1gina<\/strong> que quieras que tus contactos reciban el mensaje de aceptaci\u00f3n de las notificaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Existen 2 formas de hacerlo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Peg\u00e1ndolo directamente en la etiqueta del HTML de tu Sitio.<\/li>\n<li>Insert\u00e1ndolo a trav\u00e9s de Google Tag Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Importante: En caso de que ya tengas seguimiento en sitio configurado anteriormente, no es necesario volver a pegar el c\u00f3digo para la configuraci\u00f3n de Notificaciones Push.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-8747 \" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/aaaa.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"694\" height=\"818\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/aaaa.png 694w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/aaaa-255x300.png 255w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 694px) 100vw, 694px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. Una vez copiado el script y pegado en el sitio correspondiente, deber\u00e1s descargar un archivo haciendo clic en el bot\u00f3n <strong>Descargar Archivo<\/strong>, y <strong>pegarlo en la ra\u00edz del servidor<\/strong> de tu sitio web, ten en cuenta que no debes modificarlo ni renombrarlo.<\/p>\n<p>5. Debes verificar que la configuraci\u00f3n est\u00e9 correctamente realizada. Para esto, haz clic en el bot\u00f3n <strong>Verificar<\/strong>\u00a0que corresponde al dominio sobre el que est\u00e1s realizando dicha configuraci\u00f3n. Luego de unos segundos, podr\u00e1s ver reflejado el resultado de la verificaci\u00f3n, bajo los estados de <strong>Seguimiento en Sitio y Notificaciones Push<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8628\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"742\" height=\"279\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/5.png 742w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/5-300x113.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 742px) 100vw, 742px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Una vez que las verificaciones se hayan realizado con \u00e9xito, te sugerimos que navegues el sitio agregado recientemente y des los permisos para recibir Notificaciones Push. Para esto, haz clic en <strong>Permitir las notificaciones\u00a0<\/strong>cuando aparezca el mensaje. Como te comentamos al principio del art\u00edculo, <\/span><b>una cuenta de Doppler puede trackear varios dominios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para enviar <\/span><b>distintas notificaciones en distintos sitios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> debes repetir el proceso de configuraci\u00f3n que anterior por cada Notificaci\u00f3n Push que quieras enviar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cambio, si quieres enviar<\/span><b> la misma notificaci\u00f3n en distintos sitios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, debes entrar al Automation de esa Notificaci\u00f3n Push, hacer clic en \u00abSeleccionar dominio\u00bb y elegir en el listado los dominios que quieras incluir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ver los Reportes de entrega?<\/h3>\n<p>Para ver el reporte de entrega de tu Notificaci\u00f3n Push, dir\u00edgete a la <strong>secci\u00f3n Automation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8751\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/automation-menu-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"729\" height=\"90\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/automation-menu-1.png 729w, https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/automation-menu-1-300x37.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 729px) 100vw, 729px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Una vez all\u00ed, ver\u00e1s todas las Campa\u00f1as de Automation que hayas creado.
