How to configure OnSite Marketing?

OnSite is a tool that allows you to display widgets or pop-ups in real time to your website visitors. With OnSite, you can improve your users’ experience, increase your sales and boost your marketing campaigns.

In this article, we will guide you step by step to configure OnSite in your Doppler account.

  1. Log in to your Doppler account at https://app.fromdoppler.com. If you don’t have an account yet, register for free by clicking here.
  2. Once inside your account, go to the main menu and select the OnSite option.
  3. Click on Create Widget to get started.

4. Next, you will need to validate the domain of the Website or Online Store where you want your Widgets to be displayed. In this section, choose which one you want to create: Product History, Popular Products, etc. There you will need to complete the required information about the Widget location with the data as you can see in the following screen:

Create your first OnSite message

Once you’ve selected the Site, you’ll be able to configure the appearance, behavior, and targeting of the Widget:

  1. Configure the message details:
    – Design: Customize colors, text, images, and buttons.
    – Targeting: Define which visitors the message will be shown to (e.g. returning users or new visitors).
    – Widget Behavior: Select the event that will trigger the message when it will be shown and how often.

2. Then, within the settings you can preview the message to make sure it looks the way you want and preview the message on different devices.

3. Click Finish and you’re done!

Monitor Results

With this solution you can check the performance of your Widgets on your Websites.

  1. Head over to the Statistics Dashboard section within OnSite. This will help you review your active popups, optimize your messages and improve their effectiveness.
  2. In this section, you can check key metrics such as:
    – Message impressions.
    – Button clicks.
    – Conversions achieved.
    – Active widgets.
    – Website visits.
