By connecting your Facebook account to Conversations, you can manage all your conversations in one place. With your Doppler account and your access to Conversations, you can send and receive Facebook Messenger messages as well as capture Contacts.
Once you have logged into your Doppler account, go to Conversations. In the left side menu, select Chats and click on the room with the Facebook Messenger icon to continue and answer your audience’s questions.
The list of contacts in the room will then be displayed and you can start or continue the conversation.
