How to add a QR code to your Email?

Did you know you can now include a QR code in your email to simplify the information you want to share with your users?

A QR code in an Email is a type of quick response code designed to simplify the email sending process. When scanned with a reader on a phone, it automatically opens the selected information, whether you want to share a website or business, go to a payment platform, promote a social media account, or display your contact information.

See the step-by-step instructions in this article to create it and include it in your Campaigns.

1- Log in to your Doppler account. Next, go to Create Campaigns and select Template Editor, as shown in the following image:

2 – Then, you can select from the pre-designed templates or create one from scratch in the Create Template option.

Once you’ve chosen a template suitable for your Email Campaign, drag and drop the QR code icon into the Email template from the side menu.

#DopplerTip: QR codes can be generated from any online website, and they’ll be displayed in the Editor with any link.

Supported QR codes include, for example, Wi-Fi, SMS, documents (PDF, images), social media, and any Website Link.

After this, click on the QR code icon and the properties you can edit will appear. Then, add the QR code link you want to embed in this email. Simple, right?

Once you’ve designed your email, preview the template to see how responsive it is to different devices. You can then export it to use correctly in your email.
