How much does it cost to purchase Conversations?

You can choose between different plans according to the needs of your business. The plans determine the number of: Total Conversations, agents, rooms and actions that you can achieve from each channel. The higher the value of the plan you purchase, the lower the price for each additional conversation.

How and when will I be charged for purchasing Conversations?

When you purchase the plan, the charge will be applied immediately. Then it is billed according to the payment frequency of your Marketing plan. If you have a credit plan, the billing for your Conversations plan will be done monthly.
