How to set up and use quick replies?
Learn in this article how to use quick responses effectively so that the person operating the chat rooms can optimize their management time with pre-built solutions.
This option within Conversations will allow you to:
- Give a pre-configured response in a simple way
- Standardize communication in the conversation
- Save time answering common questions or queries
Quick responses can be used on any channel, you just have to choose the room for which the quick responses will be configured. From the Quick Responses option in your Doppler account you will see all the rooms you have active.
Once we choose the room, we will see the list of quick responses and we will be able to edit or delete them.
Another option is that you can create a quick response that you need. To do so, first choose the room and there you will see a +Quick Response button and by selecting it, you will be able to fill out a form with the shortcut (for example: greeting, so that the person operating the room can find that response easily) and also the message associated with it. As shown in the image below.
How can you use quick replies?
In the chat window when you are chatting with a contact, you can type the “/” sign and the list of previously created shortcuts that we can use will be displayed. The associated message that will be sent to the contact will be displayed, as shown in the following image.
Great! 🙂 Now you have learned how to include quick responses in your messages, saving time in managing your contacts and not losing sales.
