How to create a WhatsApp mass messaging campaign?

Did you know that you can send mass messages through WhatsApp? This option allows you to schedule message campaigns to increase your reach and reduce management time. Let’s see how to do it 🙂

To start, log in to your Doppler account and then go to the Conversations option.

In the side menu on the left, select Mass Messages:

This option will allow you to schedule the mass messages you need to send.

In this option we can see the list of scheduled mass messages. You can also edit a message if it has not yet been executed or view if it has already been executed.

2. Then, you must select the source of the contacts, the message template and the sending schedule. The groups to which they are sent can be through the creation of your GROUPS or through EXCEL with a particular format. Each option has its own particularity and rules. Once you have programmed the above options, you will have your message scheduled to be sent on the indicated day and date. Don’t forget to click the accept button to save this action!
