How to create a WhatsApp mass messaging campaign?
Did you know that you can send mass messages through WhatsApp? This option allows you to schedule message campaigns to increase your reach and reduce management time. Let’s see how to do it 🙂
To start, log in to your Doppler account and then go to the Conversations option.
- In the side menu on the left, select Mass Messages: This option will allow you to schedule the mass messages you need to send
1.2. Now, to create a new Mass Campaign, click on “New message”:
2. Once you are there, you can start configuring it, selecting the recipients to whom you want to send the campaign and choosing the template and the day and time at which you want it to be sent.
You can select recipients either by choosing a group that has already been created or by importing them via an EXCEL file. The first option is for groups without variables. Excel is used for databases with custom variables when sending messages.

Once you have completed all the steps — choosing the template, selecting the sending room and setting the day and time (you can schedule it up to five minutes in advance) — just click on the green ‘Accept’ button. Your WhatsApp mass campaign will then be scheduled to be sent at the specified time. The first option is for groups without variables. Excel is used for databases with custom variables when sending messages.
How to respond to these messages?
Once sent, if your contacts respond to these messages, you can manage them from the “Chats” section. Simply go there and click on the corresponding WhatsApp room:
From the “three dots” you can filter by chat status, such as: closed – in progress – unread – unanswered – answered, according to your preference. 😉
