Retry policy in maintenance periods

During these periods, our APIs may be temporarily unavailable and requests sent to them may not be processed. This could affect the shipments and operations that you carry out from your systems to our APIs.
However, we want to offer you a solution to minimize the impact of this situation on your systems.

How you can continue working during maintenance periods

We recommend that you implement a retry policy on your systems that consume our APIs. This means that in the event that a request cannot be processed due to our APIs being in long maintenance mode, your system can automatically perform a retry later.

By implementing this retry policy, your system will be able to properly handle the situation when our APIs become available again. Instead of automatically discarding requests submitted during maintenance mode, your system will be able to retry submitting them after a short period of time, when our APIs are up and running again. This will ensure that your operations and shipping are not negatively affected by the extended maintenance of our APIs.

It is important to note that this retry policy must be implemented from your side, in your systems, and cannot be directly managed by our APIs.
