How to set up and use labels?

With your Doppler Conversations account, you can add labels that you can use to mark Contacts, allowing you to classify them for later use in Conversation filters, in mass mailings, among other features.

Once you log into your account, in the main menu, select the Conversations option. Within Applications, select Labels. On this screen, you can see the list of labels and edit them as you prefer.

On this screen you should also enter the name of the tag, a description and a color. Once the tag is saved it is available for all chat rooms.

Now you know how to add tags when contacting your audience. Keep this in mind to qualify your messages and have a smoother and more efficient work process. 🙂
