How to reactivate a Subscriber?
Every time you send a new campaign from Doppler, you can immediately access to the Reports. Among other data, you can analyze the number of openings and the bounce rate. This information becomes important as feedback to improve your communication and learn about your audience.
When a Subscriber has reached a certain amount of unopened Emails or consecutive bounces (both hard and soft), Doppler changes its status to “Removed by Hard Bounce”, “Removed by Soft Bounce” or “Removed by Unopened”.
This way your Subscriber will be devinculated from the List and will no longer receive the information you send.
This policy intends to avoid unnecessary sendings to users that, for different reasons, are not receiving or reading the emails that you send. However, Doppler allows you to reactivate those Subscribers so that they can start receiving your Campaigns again.
If our Support Team tells you that the reactivation is possible, The steps to follow are:
1- Go to Lists and then to Subscribers:
2- Now Filter your Subscribers by Email as shown on the picture below:
3- Click on the Subscriber’s address. You’ll go to a page where you will be able to see all of its information:
4- If your Subscriber was removed, you must click on “Reactivate Subscriber”:
Then, apears a tab that lets you activate the selected Subscribers. To do this, you must send an Email requesting confirmation from the person.
Your action will be waiting for approval to reactivate Subscriber who consent to the re-activate your subscription.
Remember that you have a maximum of reactivations per day, so if your process is performed more than five (5) times you must do it another time.
5- Finally, go to Associated Lists and select the ones you’d like to associate your Subscriber to. Save changes and you are done!:
