¿What is the status of my Subscribers?

If you want to know what’s your Subscribers Status, go to Lists and click on Subscribers.

Click on Know more and you’ll be able to see all your Subscribers and their condition, as shown below:

If you close this window you’ll see you’ll be able to search your Subscribers and filter them by status.

What does each status mean?

Active Associated to Lists: Those subscribers you have uploaded to Doppler and are associated to one of your Lists.

Active not Associated to Lists: They are the ones who’ve been uploaded to the app but not associated to any of your Lists. This may happen because the List has been eliminated or because you’ve chosen to unassociate it from all your Lists using the Master Subscribers List.

Removed by Never-Opened: This subscribers have been removed by Doppler due to unopened Email accumulation. If you’d like to, you can manually reactivate them.

Removed: Meet the Subscribers who have solicited to opt-out from your lists. These ones will not count for your Plan and you will be able to replace them with new ones.

Removed by Client: When you manually remove your Subscribers, they enter this category and will automatically stop counting for your plan billing.

Removed by Hard-Bounced: Hard Bounces are permanent and they occur when the server or the email address aren’t real. That’s the reason why, although you keep trying to send an email, the result will always be the same: Doppler won’t try to resend this kind of bounces.

Removed by Soft-Bounced: Soft Bounces happen when the email couldn’t get to Inbox because of any non permanent problem. For example, a full mail box.

In Control Panel you can specify at how many bounces would you like us to remove this Subscribers so you won’t have to pay for those sendings anymore.

    Hola,
    Quería solicitar que me eliminen de su base de datos los siguientes correos electrónicos:
    ganarcreditosparapromocionar@gmail.com
    ganadineroconmigo5@gmail.com
    el421defray@hotmail.com
    el421defray@gmail.com
    El motivo es porque me registre con esos correo para saber si llegaban bien los emails a mis suscriptores.
    Ya que he leido en la ayuda que si elimino un suscriptor o son ellos los que cancelan su suscripción, dejan de contar para el plan contratado.
    Yo tengo el plan gratuito de 500 suscriptores, y tras cancelar una cuenta como suscriptor y las otras las he removido desde el panel de control, aun me constan como 4 suscriptores consumidos.

      Hola David, ¿cómo estás? Si tienes una cuenta gratuita, podrás remover a tus Suscriptores pero no reemplazarlos por nuevos o habilitar un cupo. Esto se debe a que sólo puedes cargar hasta 500 por única vez. Puedes leer más sobre eso aquí: http://ow.ly/npQW308IJhI
      En el caso de tener una cuenta por Suscriptores, podrás remover 1 a 1 los que desees para que no cuenten dentro de tu plan. De esta manera, habilitarás un cupo por cada uno de ellos.
